"We were a booking of 6, two couples and two singles each ordering from the set menu for £16. We had to initially ask for the set menu when there was some confusion about it being used even though it is advertised on your website. We all ordered from the menu but were all over charged as the girl behind the bar put the meals through wrong even when we said they were from the set menu. As we sat down and realised we had all been over charged (some over £8) we then had to all go back for refunds, causing lots of confusion, just not a great experience when we went out for an occasion."

"Pleasant place -room fine -shower good but shower tray looked bit tatty one small opening window but did have fan which was good as when we stayed it was very warm. Staff friendly and helpful breakfast good and breakfast room itself very pleasant nicely decorated nicest room in building .Meal on evening had sharing sea food platter nice and plenty of it also 10per cent off as we were hotel guests. Dog friendly but paid highest cost here for our two dogs than anywhere we have stayed on our holiday.The beer garden definitely needs a good tidy up grass needed cutting shrubs needed trimmingpaving and tables and seating all could have done with a good clean it was just us that thought that could hear a lot of the same comments from other people shame as could be really nice. "Our group of 30 diners were treated to an interesting delicious menu served by lovely young ladies who are training to become air hostesses. The whole event was well handled by Ingrid the College Restaurant Manager in a very professional manner, with the modest...luncheon cost making it the best buy in Bournemouth. Any special dietary requirements (diabetic/gluten intollerant etc can be accommodated if advised in advance supported by a good selection of wines or soft drinks. We are having another event on 12th February which is again full, with demand out stripping availability"

"Friend of mine staying here right now and is scared! She just had 3 men knock on her door there’s no peep hole to check who it is, no door stopper to close the door so it won’t fully open. She was terrified as they tried to speak to her and luckily her instinct to shut the door kicked in otherwise who knows where that could have went. No one has picked up at reception/front desk and she is terrified and will be up all night making sure nothing happens to her ready to dial the police if someone knocks again. This is totally unacceptable, they need security or other security measures in place to avoid this."
