"the food was good, but had to ask for the a la carte menu because there was not much choice on the lunch menu. we were the only people in the restaurant so quiet. the problem came when we tried to pay the bill. three try to pay. a machine didn't work. second machine used with hahn and pay, but uncertain whether it went through. I had to insert my card at the third attempt. the waitress said we should check our account. later, when I was at home and found that I had been billed twice. the next morning the hotel informed by phone and was promised that I would be back on the phone. hours later, I was contacted and said I was only charged once. it still appears as pending on my explanation, and I suspect it will be a few days before the refund."
