"I had the worst service experience at this restaurant. I placed an order online for delivery at 12:30 (ordering at 11:45), but by 12:45 the pizza still hadn't arrived. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but the phone just rang for 2 minutes before cutting out each time. It was incredibly frustrating that they wouldn't answer the phone at all. I had to contact the restaurant in Colchester to ask them to find out where our food was. Eventually, the pizza arrived an hour later than expected and without the extra garlic dip that we had paid for. I tried calling to complain, but couldn't get through. I asked the delivery driver to have the manager call me, but I'm not sure if I'll ever hear back. Overall, I was very disappointed with the whole experience."
