"Yet again, items are missing from our order, and there is no way of getting a refund! Chi Oriental doesn't answer the phone on the day of the order and pleads ignorance thereafter. There is no way to report missing items via the Just-Eat app because, after going through the process for reporting missing items, they just advise you to call the restaurant. Please don't use Just-Eat or Chi Oriental because you will inevitably receive orders with missing items, and you will have to accept that you won't be able to do anything about it. Alternatively, opt to pay cash and check all items in your order before paying."
