Chi Oriental - Menu

Arriving late, the dishes were served cold and lacked sauce. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

This place has gone seriously downhill. Both soups that I ordered were very poor quality. Ingredients that are hardly expensive anyway were just absent. This used to be a good place. Worth zero stars.

We had a wonderful experience with our latest takeaway from here. The food was hot and fresh, and it was the best we have ever had from this restaurant. It's always a great choice for our favorite Chinese cuisine.

Despite the price due to inflation) the amount of food is a very generous amount and was delicious. The food arrived hot, all the meat was tender and cooked perfectly. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and will order from them again. Well worth the money I spent. View menu

The lady from Chi Oriental contacted me and ask wld I like my food earlier and if not then I can receive it on the time specified when ordered. I asked for it to be delivered earlier, the food was delicious, hot, well packed for delivery . The lady was polite and patient. Would definitely order from there again

I have to say, this restaurant was excellent. I placed an order through Deliveroo, but there were no drivers available. The staff went above and beyond by staying open for an extra 30 minutes past closing time to make sure I got my food. They also kept me updated by phone throughout the process. The customer service was truly exceptional.

Yet again, items are missing from our order, and there is no way of getting a refund! Chi Oriental doesn't answer the phone on the day of the order and pleads ignorance thereafter. There is no way to report missing items via the Just-Eat app because, after going through the process for reporting missing items, they just advise you to call the restaurant. Please don't use Just-Eat or Chi Oriental because you will inevitably receive orders with missing items, and you will have to accept that you won't be able to do anything about it. Alternatively, opt to pay cash and check all items in your order before paying. View menu
