"Unfortunately the experience at gourmet 4 wasn’t the best it could be. We walked in and we’re greeted by a female member of staff who was pleasant enough and asked if we wanted to use the app or a menu. From that point onwards a male member of staff waited on us and seemed to be rather distant and lacking in attention. When delivering food the member of staff would walk up to our circular booth then just place any item on the table. it’s rather strange to me that a waiter wouldn’t state the item, in order to enquire who had ordered that particular item. Then place the item near them. The same member of staff also would lean over the booth and members of our group rather than walking to where the person who’d ordered the food was seated (after he’d been told rather than asking who the item was for). We then ordered a desert and some drinks which took 20 minutes to arrive for some inexplicable reason (there was only our group of 4 and a table to 2 in the restaurant at the time). When the desert arrived it wasn’t even the correct desert which when questioned was greeted with a rather annoyed look by our less than helpful waiter. The food was decent size, tasted pretty good and good value. It would perhaps be an idea however to get some staff training, or at the least managerial oversight as I doubt the service would be up to standard."

"I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery. The delivery was quick, the delivery driver was friendly, and when the pizzas arrived, they were amazing! I usually don't order pizza from this place, but I'm so glad I did. The pizza was hot and tasted fresh, unlike some other places. It was incredibly delicious! If I could give it 10 stars, I would highly recommend it!"

"I saw this place when I was on a trip to Chester, chips looked delicious and had a wide range of sauces and decided to try. Wow these chips were the best I’ve had in my life!! I only ordered a regular but the girl who served me was lovely and gave me a good serving, filled my chips right to the top, amazing value for money. The blue cheese dip was legendary, I’ve always wanted to try blue cheese dip but I’ve never saw it in England before, definitely exceeded my expectations. Would definitely be here all the time if there was one local to me, it’s a shame I live in Manchester! Loved the food and service!"

"I absolutely love Pizza Planet, I have been using it for about 2 years now. The pizza is always made super fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff are polite when taking requests for toppings or changes, and the delivery is always on time. When I go to pick up my order, I never have to wait too long because everything is done freshly, which I appreciate. The pizzas are delicious and affordable, in fact, I prefer them over the big pizza chains. I highly recommend trying their extra large pizza, it is amazing. They also have great food offers that are a good value for money."

"We had visited this restaurant before and found it mediocre at the time, so decided to give it another go. Never again, the food was absolutely atrocious. I don’t eat red meat so the only alternative was a chicken dish. I decided not to invest in a burger as I was sure about the flours or quality. I decided on a relatively easy option which I mistakenly thought would be done with some expertise. I settled on a Louisiana Chilli chicken which was supposed to have a special spice rub before barbecuing. When it came this was not barbecued, rather it had been broiled in a bottle sauce with soggy rubbery skin that tasted disgusting. I had also ordered a side of fries that never materialised. My daughter and art net had the buy one get one half price burger which came with a side of fries and a drink. They chose milkshake for which they had to pay an extra £3 each and a mac n’ cheese side. The milkshakes were so thick you couldn’t suck them up the straw. My daughter sent hers back so that they could actually add some milk to allow the milkshake to be fluid, the texture was awful as the kinder bueno hadn’t been blended enough. She also didn’t enjoy her burger which had no flavor. The best thing about that meal was the fries which were excellent. We had to send the mac n’ cheese back because it was literally like cardboard with cheese grated on top. They did decide not to charge us for the mac n’ cheese, regardless this was a really bad experience."

"I think this could very well possibly be the best burger in London and even better, it's all Halal! The Wagyu burger was absolutely incredible, I cannot stress this enough. My only issue is that it's actually quite pricey, the décor wasn't that great and we went when it wasn't busy and it still took ages. But, would I go again? Most certainly, the Wagyu burger was so so good and so were the other burgers we tried if I'm being honest, everything was very tasty!"

"The only thing holding it back from a perfect score was the slight inconsistency in service. While our waiter was friendly and attentive, there were a few times when our orders took longer than expected. Overall, Meat & Shake is a great spot for a tasty meal in a relaxed environment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good burger joint in the area."

"Lovely food but could've done with a bit more gravy for my pie. Staff were friendly the service was really good. Returned later on in the night. There was a good mixture in ages, there was karaoke on and everyone was having a great time. The doorstaff were really friendly and made you feel welcome as did the bar staff. Next time I'm in Birmingham I will definitely be back."
