"We had visited this restaurant before and found it mediocre at the time, so decided to give it another go. Never again, the food was absolutely atrocious. I don’t eat red meat so the only alternative was a chicken dish. I decided not to invest in a burger as I was sure about the flours or quality. I decided on a relatively easy option which I mistakenly thought would be done with some expertise. I settled on a Louisiana Chilli chicken which was supposed to have a special spice rub before barbecuing. When it came this was not barbecued, rather it had been broiled in a bottle sauce with soggy rubbery skin that tasted disgusting. I had also ordered a side of fries that never materialised. My daughter and art net had the buy one get one half price burger which came with a side of fries and a drink. They chose milkshake for which they had to pay an extra £3 each and a mac n’ cheese side. The milkshakes were so thick you couldn’t suck them up the straw. My daughter sent hers back so that they could actually add some milk to allow the milkshake to be fluid, the texture was awful as the kinder bueno hadn’t been blended enough. She also didn’t enjoy her burger which had no flavor. The best thing about that meal was the fries which were excellent. We had to send the mac n’ cheese back because it was literally like cardboard with cheese grated on top. They did decide not to charge us for the mac n’ cheese, regardless this was a really bad experience."

The team is lovely and the main menu offers great food. However, the ingredients in the lunch menu are subpar, which is disappointing. It is recommended to stick to the main menu, as the burgers have better quality ingredients and meat.

The food was absolutely amazing, the prices for platters and meals were such great value, the staff was super friendly and the service was great! Really enjoyed my meal, the sauces were super tasty I will definitely be coming back here!

Food (beef burger and buttermilk chicken and chips) was cooked the day before then reheated and served... Nothing was freshly made.Called the restaurant and staff said 'Due to delivery made by Deliverooo, the quality might differ and we always cook fresh ' (staff could bearly talk as they couldnt find an excuse for their poor food quality. Well, cooking fresh is one thing but serving reheated food is something else... Still waiting for a refund...as I will not be going there ever...

Absolutely fantastic experience!! I made a reservation for 17 members of my family for iftar today. From the point I made the booking to the point we all left the restaurant, The service we received was amazing, Alhamdulillah! I must say Hospitable and respectful hosts, Delicious food, extremley organised and fast service, overall an amazing experience.
