"Possibly the worst service I ve ever received , we originally waited a hour for our table to be ready once seated we received our starter without getting our appetiser first. Although the starters were very nice . Then we received our mains but after waiting 5 mins we started our steak without getting our sides to accompany our meat the sides did come but after we had eaten most of our steak .All round very disappointing even thought the food was nice"

When we arrived, we were informed that no afternoon tea was being offered, and no one could explain why we were able to book it in the first place.
