"Hampton Vouis coffee house is an oasis of calm, in the hustle bustle of the city centre, when you all you want to do is chill out and relax. I love they source products within the North West and as near to Manchester as possible, supporting local companies, including Trove Bakery, Soul Vegan Bakery and Brew Tea Company. The menu has plenty vegan options, including breakfast, bowls, sandwiches, cakes, bronuts, brownies and vegan ice cream. We ordered two pots of decaf tea, with a date and pistachio bronut for me (a refined sugar, soya free cross between a doughnut and a brownie) and for hubby a raspberry and chocolate brownie, with both cakes being gluten free. The cakes were amazing, the bronut was flavoured with a good punch of cinnamon and I loved the gold decoration and the brownie was gooey and as it should be was very chocolatey. I kicked myself for not visiting Hampton Vouis sooner, I loved the place, the guys in charge were really friendly and explained their ethos of offering nutritious food, with as little processed as possible. Highly recommended."

"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The vegan options are clearly labeled as 've', but the staff also offers other dishes that can be made vegan. The food is well-seasoned and beautifully presented. The coffee is excellent—be sure to ask for the dedicated barista. I ordered the Tofu-Kramble and it was delicious! If you're concerned about carbs or simply want to savor the lovely sourdough, I recommend ordering extra toast."

"Going to wholefoods for their £6 salad deal is one of my treats after a long day of work. I absolutely love this shop and could spend all day looking at the many products they have. It gets quite busy and the cafe area is...so small and crammed it's probably only worth getting a takeaway.. It's a shame they don't have more space! So, I would definitely recommend this as a pop in and grab what you want place, but if you are thinking of taking a date or getting a bite with friends then I'd recommend finding a bigger space cafe nearby."

"Zero is located next to Intu Victoria Center and in the Trinity Square as well as close to the Cornerhouse, Eon offices and opposite a gym. The menu is fantastic and the idea is perfect offering a healthy option for people who still want a...treat but are looking to lose weight or seek healthier options. Despite this the customer service skills from the workers is beyond atrocious. They show no interest in conversing or having the ability to converse with excited customers. We went at the end of their shift and they explained that it has been a long day, I just looked at them and thought about my long shift, that is life and owners should be much more enthusiastic and excited with every new potential loyal customer. If the workers are able to work on their people skills, I am very sure that Zero' could easily become a major success with stores around the East Midlands or even in the UK. Lesson number one is to talk with enthusiasm about your menu; simple lesson number two, don't complain about your hard shift, every single person has the same hard life, accept it, man up and show that you are happy what you are doing. I will definitely re-visit, and really hope that the workers could be much better at their people skills."

"My favourite local coffee shop, always great service and always happy to have a chat whilst they busy about (they know most of the people who come in, and remember their normal order the advantage of going to an independent over a chain). Coffee is consistently great, and the Acai bowl I am slightly addicted too (handy hint: always add peanut butter)."
