The waitress, hailing from Rovigo, Italy, was helpful and shared information about their daily specials. However, there was an initial issue with the restaurant honoring a booking offer for 50% off any pizza if ordered with an appetizer or dessert. This caused some embarrassment in front of my guests, but after some insistence, the restaurant manager, Mr. Mattia, eventually agreed to honor the offer. Despite this hiccup, the food quality and service were top-notch. It is recommended that Open Table clarify the conditions of offers with restaurants to avoid similar situations in the future. Overall, I hope to return to Firebrand Pizza without any issues, as their pizzas are truly exceptional."
