The chef is aggressive.. complained about wrong pizza and asked them to re deliver the correct one, they refused and I was shouted at and accused of being a liar

The customer service was outstanding, the pizza was incredibly delicious, and the delivery was quick. This is the best pizza I have ever tried in Brighton, and even in all of Great Britain.

Having another pizza delivery option in the city is nice, but I still prefer Pizza Face over Pizza Me. Although Pizza Me offers 18 large pizzas, ours arrived slightly cold because the boxes are too big for their insulated bags. It would be a good choice on a sunny day to pick up your pizza and enjoy it at their outdoor benches or at The Level park across the road.

I believe the restaurant owner needs to reevaluate the behavior of their chef towards customers and staff. I witnessed the chef yelling at the front desk lady while serving a customer. When I tried to address missing items and the aggression from the chef in the past, I was accused of lying and told that all I wanted was "free food." This kind of treatment is unacceptable for a business and should not be tolerated. I will not be returning to this restaurant and strongly advise others to beware of giving their money to this establishment in case of any issues. They don't seem to prioritize customer satisfaction or loyalty, so it's best to take your business elsewhere where you are appreciated...
