I found this behavior disgusting, especially since the owner did nothing to intervene. When I spoke to the owner about the incident, she pretended not to know what I was talking about. The food was decent, but the terrible customer service overshadowed everything. My friend also felt that the owner was repelled by me, which made me think she might be racist. I tried to address the issue with the owner, but she seemed unconcerned and unresponsive. I would recommend going to Cafe Lounge instead, where the food and service are much better. It's disappointing to think that I gave my money to this establishment, especially when they seemed more interested in negative reviews than improving their customer experience. Your response to my concerns was dismissive and unapologetic. It is not acceptable for your staff to help themselves to customers' food. Laughing it off and making excuses only adds insult to injury. It's important to address these issues seriously instead of brushing them aside."
