"Avoid this place! Spent £40 on an order tonight and it's near enough all went in the bin. I don't understand how you can mess up chips, cheese and gravy but even that was vile! Photos attached are meant to be a large Donner kebab, I can literally count the pieces of Donner on one hand and the pitta bread was stale. £5 on a portion of nachos that are just poorly made with stale tortillas, yet again how can you mess up nachos?! Will never be back. Save your money!!!! Absolute waste of my money.."

"One of my best destinations for Italian cuisine. They are unique with their selection of fresh pasta and tasty sauces. I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese, gamberettie spinaci, and fungi pizza. I liked the pasta, but the pizza was not as good because the mushrooms were not fresh, they were canned mushrooms. Also, they don't service katchup for some reason, so I didn't enjoy the pizza at all. Finally, I ordered a chocolate moose dessert, it was good as well."

"The food was good and reasonably priced, and it was delivered promptly. However, the waitstaff took a long time to clear our used dishes and check if we wanted dessert. By the time they finally offered us dessert, I was already ready to leave. Other diners who arrived after us had finished their meals and paid their bills before we were even given the dessert menu. This was disappointing and detracted from what could have been a very pleasant experience."

"Cozy space, friendly servers and nice service, but food was terrible. My fiance and I shared a barbecue chicken pizza and a calzone — the calzone was okay but rather unremarkable (especially for the price), but the pizza was just awful: far too salty, barely any trace of proper barbecue, and without any exaggeration at all the chicken bits tasted of fish instead of actual chicken. Did not want to cause any fuss so I didn 't bother speaking to a manager after being offered the option after giving feedback — this is the first and last time I 'll be dining here."

"The food was amazing. Great tasting pizzas and new choices of flavours that I had not tried before. Wonderful friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble. Due to hard floor acoustically the noise of happy folk was deafening! Hard to make conversation at times. Overall a great meal out for the multi-generational family celebration."

"My last visit to an Italian restaurant (NOT THIS ONE) was disappointing. I was sceptical about going to another but I can assure you that this was really good. The food was really good. I am Intrigued to go back and check out their veal. The service was also excellent as they allowed me to order something I wanted which was only on their lunch menu. But they adapted. The restaurant itself is a little pokey with not much character. It looks a little jaded. The building is also narrow and therefore the experience is similarly narrow. There is another part of the restaurant downstairs which looks unused and the visible storage inside the door suggests this. The whole stairs, toilets, downstairs area is clean but very uninspiring. It feels more like walking round a bedsit than an Italian restaurant. That said the food and service was great. I would return for sure. There is a rather lovely raised section in the main portion of the restaurant. Once again this part of the restaurant is uninspiring but this is a nice area. I wanted a particular dish but it wasn’t on the menu I was given. I queried this and was told it was tue lunch menu I had viewed however they would accommodate my request. It was so worth it. Delicious. In summary; my last review of an Italian was style over substance with really poor food. This restaurant was fairly uninspiring inside however the food was great. The staff were great. And I will return. Thanks guys."

"A gorgeous little gem of Perth Road. Have had two date nights here, both absolutely lovely. We were accommodated at short notice after our other dinner plans fell through, and it turned out to be much better than what we'd originally gone for! We had a lovely waiter, fab atmosphere, and the line cooks were absolutely on point that night. Really friendly and intimate, with no sense of being rushed at all, even when the night was drawing on. I highly recommend their wine selection, and their Tiramisu! "I selected Bizzarro on spec as being near Paddington station since I was meeting 6 friends, from Wales, Exeter, Norwich, Hertfordshire and Berkshire. It was a great choice busy but not fussy. Good Italian food which suited us all and a really pleasant atmosphere. As elderly women we were treated with kindness and courtesy but no sense of condescension.. we would all be more than happy for a repeat performance. The little complementary tipple finished it perfectly! Thank you, Jose."
