"We dined at this restaurant today, and while they had track and trace measures in place, not all of the staff were wearing masks. The restaurant was clean and orderly, though a few chairs had some tears. The food was served hot; the chips were tasty and the pizza was good. However, the service was quite slow, as the manager seemed to be trying to handle everything on his own, despite having other staff present. I might consider visiting again, but I'm not in a hurry to do so."

"I have been to this restaurant several times in the past few years and always had a great experience. However, I was disappointed when I visited for Father's Day. The carvery was not up to par, with slow service for the vegetables and some of the food being cold. A few members of my family ordered from the menu, but their dishes took nearly 30 minutes to arrive (although they said the food was good). I understand that Tracey has recently taken over the restaurant and is struggling to find enough staff, so I don't want to be too harsh. We will give it another try in the future and hopefully it will return to its usual high standards."

"During a trip to the Columbus airport to pick up my son, I had to decide between dining at McDonald's right outside my hotel or walking two blocks to the only restaurant nearby at the Concourse hotel. I chose to take the walk. Since I got there for an early dinner, the restaurant wasn't very busy. The wine selection was impressive and reasonably priced. I enjoyed a red wine to start and a white wine with my meal. For dinner, I had shrimp alfredo, which my server warned me was a small portion, and she was right. While it was filling, I felt it could have been a bit more generous. For my first course, I had clam chowder, which didn't quite live up to the server's recommendation, leading me to believe the chef may have made too much for the day. Overall, I would consider returning as the restaurant is conveniently located near the airport hotels and offers reasonable prices. Thank you for reading and goodbye!"

"We booked this place for a date evening,we where welcomed by the waiter who was understaffed but helpful and upbeat,I ordered a pepperoni pizza but asked for it to be made calzone he said I will ask the chef but should be fine,10 minutes later a calzone appeared and had mushrooms inside it which I cannot eat,I told the waiter and he was very apologetic as he didn’t know why there where mushrooms in,5 minutes later I received a normal pizza I questioned this and said why is it not calzone to be told the chef wouldn’t do it as only 1 chef,im not sure by he couldn’t do it as he already done it wrong once before and refused too,tbf I told them I wasn’t paying for the pizza and I got a free morreti, I Luke to go back ally of hype around this place."

"While we didn’t indulge, they have an impressive tap system with around 24 different beers, which alone might bring me back. I started with the mozzarella sticks appetizer, which were just your standard fried cheese sticks you’d find in the frozen section at the grocery store. The dipping sauce had great flavor but was a little too thin for my taste; I prefer a thicker marinara for dipping. Nevertheless, we finished them all. I was in the mood for a good burger, so I ordered the James Brown and Blue burger, topped with grilled onions, crumbled blue cheese, and bacon. It was cooked to a perfect medium, just as I requested, and really hit the spot. The hand-cut fries were crispy and reminded me of fair fries, especially once I added ketchup, salt, and malt vinegar. My wife opted for the Philly cheesesteak, which she found impressive and tasty. The prices are slightly higher than those at similar places, but not enough to deter me. Overall, it’s a nice little spot, and I’m glad I decided to give it a try."
