"Castellos is always a delight to visit and I can't wait to try their Christmas menu. They offer good gluten-free options for our daughter. Parking is easily available and the service is excellent. We had dinner there and found the price per person to be around £30-40. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive top marks of 5. Some recommended dishes include the Classic Bruschetta, Margherita Arancini, Garlic Bread, Soup, Linguine Bolognese, Crispy Pork Belly Bites, Hand Cut Chips, Chicken Supreme, and Mushroom Risotto. There is plenty of parking space with options for free parking in the lot or on the street."

"Went in there to dine for the evening..... The restaurant is in a good location with warm and pleasant interiors....though the tables were placed quite near to each other....we managed to grab a decent place to sit.... Wanted to try something of a meal kind filling enough for one...so decided on the following.... Chicken Carolina well presented in a plate with a big chunk of chicken....topped with amazing mushroom and cheese sauce....bits of crispy bacon on the top....best sauce that I have had of this kind....so so good... Finger licking good!! This was accompanied by potato fries.... Traditional fish and chips chips as usual but the fish was not seasoned well. Very delicate and soft fish....accompanies with perfect sauce. However the poorly seasoned fish did not let us enjoy the dish. We did report the same and they were gracious enough to get us a replacement of our choice to which we ordered chicken alfredo and it was definitely a good one!!! Good ambience topped with good food and good company made us have a good dining experience. The service was however a little lagged as we had to wait to get someone to serve us or address the concern . Apart from that all good and highly recommended!!!"

"My partner and I both decided to order the double American cheeseburger at this restaurant. Unfortunately, my partner's burger had a piece of plastic in the first bite. He immediately returned the burger and was refunded his money. Even though we had also ordered a pint and a half of lager tops, they only offered a refund for the burger, not the drinks. I mentioned to the manager that their lack of customer service and attitude towards customers may be why they are experiencing a decline in business. We will not be returning before the restaurant closes."

"Smart and spacious with a decent set menu including gluten free and vegan options. Welcoming knowledgable staff and a more relaxing atmosphere compared to some more cramped locations like Reading. The Italian “humus” is really tasty and there are good gluten free pizza options. The penne could have been nicer for an Italian restaurant but the arrabbiata sauce was excellent and the home produced chilli oil appreciated! Beware, the gluten free cheesecake and vegan triple chocolate tart are very rich."

"If you like Italian food, then you’ll love La Gondola and you’ll especially love Luigi who adds an extra dimension with his colourful and infectious personality. My favourite eatery! The staff are excellent, all friendly, courteous and always on hand to provide any help if and when required. I cannot highlight them enough. The have also made their premises wheelchair friendly. Lower sink and plenty of handrails for added assistant. The corridor to the toilets are narrow, but they were restricted by the building, but should be accessible by “most” wheelchairs. They have a portable ramp into the building. Mention wheelchair when booking and the ramp is already in place by the time you arrive, no waiting around for it to be placed."

"as part of the birthday party of a friend I was invited to a meal in frankie bennys. we were a large group of about 6 8 people and the staff could simply sort a group table for us directly in the middle of the restaurant. my friend, who used to be at franky benny, suggested that I try the warm garlic balls as starter. they receive about 4 6 teig balls in one part and they offer them pots of garlic paste. I have to say that I was absolutely addicted to her garlic paste and the teigballs tasted amazingly once immersed in her, I recommend definitiw to get it as an appetizer! I then ordered the classic steak and chips, the around £12, so cheap and cheerful. I rarely like my steak medium and they were quite banged up. it's not the best steak I've ever had, but for this price it wasn't bad at all. we decided that we wanted to surprise the birthday child and that personal asked if they could help us. they assured us that they will do something while our desserts were prepared. next we know that the music in the restaurant changed into a happy birthday song and they brought out a cake with an illuminated candle and encouraged us all to sing. it was really a good experience for all of us and especially for the birthday child. I was at frankie benny’s several times later and my only recommendation is that if they go with a large group of family members, then avoid changing as the waiting times can be very long. however (if they ask nicely) employees can happily take their number and give them a call when they prepare a table for them. this gives them the opportunity to stay away from the packed restaurant and enjoy a game with pool or air hockey, next door in the arcade."

"I have been coming to this restaurant on and off for a few years, and every time I have encountered issues. Despite this, I kept coming back because the food is actually quite good. However, my most recent visit yesterday was the final straw. It seems like this establishment does not learn from its mistakes. I was told that I could no longer request a cocktail that was not on the menu (which had never been an issue before) because the waitress was unfamiliar with it. The food for my family of four arrived quickly, so quick that our drinks (1 lemonade, 2 mocktails, and 1 cocktail) had not yet been served. After inquiring about them, we were told that the barman was new. Despite this, we had to ask twice for a jug of water in the meantime, as we had no beverages. Strangely, the barman had no trouble making drinks for a couple who arrived after us. Our drinks still had not arrived after 45 minutes, and when they did, they came after we had already finished our meal. We sent them back. After speaking with one of the managers, who acknowledged our frustrations and attributed the issues to staff shortages due to illness (not new staff), we paid and left. To the owners of Blue Zenzer, you run a subpar business and should consider closing. It is clear that the customer is not a priority for you, and it feels like you take us for granted. Harrow would not miss your presence."

"Went out with a family of drinks where okay (but no fosters on tap), ordered our meal on a quiet Saturday night at turn over time was good, but forgot one of the starters, so had to eat that alone as everyone else...had finished before that starter arrived. Then the mains came, pizzas where good to be honest, but had the risotto which was wrong when it arrived so sent back to fix, they brought another dish out completely different and then once the correct dish came out it was disgusting! It was horrible chicken, loads of raw spring onions, and I found a piece of rubber in the dish. When I mentioned this, I got... aww sorry. This was it, nothing else just take the plate away. This is on my door step and truth be told, I would rather stay at home and cook myself if this was the experience I knew I was going to have. For me, it ruined our family night out together."

"After taking a carriage tour, we decided to have lunch at this restaurant. We ordered grilled snapper and a crab cake burger. The snapper was fresh and delicious, while the burger was decent but not my top choice. The crab cake had too much mayonnaise for my liking. The crab soup was flavorful, with visible crab meat, but I found it to be a bit too salty."

"Me and my family came on holiday to Bournemouth and one of the first restaurants we visited in the city was this prezzo and being honest the service here is something else, the food is incredible as you can see by the fantastic Vesuvio pizza down below recommended to me by one of the waiters, Gabi, and also the staff; the staff were amazing and when we came to the restaurant for my parents 20th anniversary we were mainly served by the manager Janosh who managed to find us a table while having 200 people in the restaurant, and also his assistant manager Leonardo who served my parents for their special occasion in such a special way that ill never forget. Truly amazing service and don’t worry about the food the chefs are something else especially seen by the chemistry in the kitchen so you will enjoy your time at Prezzo."

"We decided to eat at crust because it was rated one of the best pizzas in the UK. Not sure if was the best I’ve ever had but it was certainly up there. I ordered the crust pizza which is a sourdough pizza with a sweet potato purée base with mozzarella, smoked cheese and pancetta. Obviously a sweeter pizza than the traditional tomato base but I really liked it. The only negative I would say was that it was difficult to cut without making a mess of the pizza. I am not sure if that was because it was either a little bit soggy, the knives weren’t sharp enough or my cutting skills were sub-par (maybe a combination of all three)? The rest of the party also enjoyed their pizza, however, we may have liked it more if we hadn’t had enormous starters. Two of the party had this garlic and mushroom dish (can’t remember the name of it) and it was delicious and probably the highlight of the meal. It wasn’t until after we ordered that we realised that what we ordered didn’t come under the starters section. We can only assume that they were a sharing starter or main in its self. I had focaccia for first course which was lovely but I feel that it wasn’t fully cooked as the melted cheese was cold and the onions weren’t very caramelised which they were supposed to be. We ordered cheesecake jars for dessert however we had to take them home as we were all full to the brim. When we eventually ate them they were scrumptious. Overall we had a really good evening with tasty food. The waiters were very friendly and welcoming but we did notice that not all staff were very glued up on the menu."

"look at my vapiano time..War at vapiano for evening tea. I ordered arrabbiata by vapiano vegetariano section the pasta filled with tomatoes garlauch chili and wobbles vapiano is a perfect, comfortable place for midday or evening friends! The arrbiata was Al-dente! I prefer it with much. the chef who cooked the fresh, hand-rolled pasta for me was very generous they enjoyed it with freshly baked bread they also have a special kinder menu! waiting for her meal here can be a little bit laborious, but it's worth everything, that wait!"
"One of the best things London has to offer is definitely Vapiano. Our first visit was quite enjoyable, but when a friend insisted we return to try the aglio olio, we couldn’t resist going back—and we have no regrets. I’ve probably tried every type of pasta on the menu. The pizza is pretty good, and the lasagna is decent too; nothing out of the ordinary that you wouldn’t find elsewhere. But the pasta is where it really shines. The variety of sauces and pasta can be a bit overwhelming when trying to decide what to order. The Italian desserts are also quite good. I highly recommend Vapiano if you're in London!"

"Went for the great deal of 3 courses for £8. Food wasn't the best, but good enough for the price. Staff were lovely and very friendly. They were quick to take orders, and allowed us to visit even though I was a bit late, and also allowed us to stay later too. Good atmosphere; though decor is slightly dated, it was still fairly busy when I visited. Overall, a good place to have a relaxing evening, but not the best place if you're looking for high quality, extremely tasty food."

"Visited this establishment on the 30/12/2023 for breakfast with the. Family all I can say what a diabolical breakfast for the price ,rationing went out in the war ,the amount of beans in the bowl was unbelievable,1 scoop I asked for a bigger portion and the boy serving returned with a similar portion as first, on my plate was 1 slice of bread , something that resembled scrambled egg ,1 scabby piece of bacon well cooked ,burnt offering I asked for the manager who never appeared so I just asked for my money back ,let's just say I won't be returning to this establishment for breakfast in the future there are far better establishments in the town who do a much better value breakfast i left with no food utterly disgusting experience. The photos on the menu are edited as it. Looks like nothing what you get on your plate .I would definitely recommend going to other cafes in the town .There is a much better cafe a bit further up with the near enough same price breakfast but you get way more and better quality food ."

"I'm not sure if we just came on a bad day, but the two young women serving us were as cheerful as our teenage son - that is to say, not at all. They gave us no smiles and rolled their eyes frequently. My husband ordered a latte which he enjoyed, but my hot chocolate was lukewarm and tasted like powdered mix. We both ordered paninis, which came with wilted, brown-edged iceberg lettuce. My turkey, cranberry, and stuffing panini was also lukewarm and not very appetizing. It made me feel ill and gave me indigestion for the rest of the day. I was extremely disappointed because the restaurant seemed like a cozy place."

"A group of eight of us had a reservation at Bellini on Saturday evening. While we eventually enjoyed tasty food, the staff and customer service were lacking. We were seated at the back of the restaurant and then ignored. We waited nearly an hour with no service at all—none of the waitresses approached us to offer menus or take our drink orders. We had to ask for assistance and noticed that tables seated after us were already served. The waitresses seemed more focused on clearing tables than serving us. When we complained, we were offered a complimentary drink as a solution. All we desired was proper service, which we believe is not too much to ask for in a restaurant. The manager, who also serves as the chef, was unavailable. After voicing our dissatisfaction again, we were told to leave if we were not happy, which we found to be shocking customer service. Eventually, a waitress took our order, but we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for half of our group to receive their drinks and another 10 minutes for the rest, as the waitress was chatting at the bar. There was no supervision and the staff seemed disorganized. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience and believe the staff need training on their roles."
