"If you like Italian food, then you’ll love La Gondola and you’ll especially love Luigi who adds an extra dimension with his colourful and infectious personality. My favourite eatery! The staff are excellent, all friendly, courteous and always on hand to provide any help if and when required. I cannot highlight them enough. The have also made their premises wheelchair friendly. Lower sink and plenty of handrails for added assistant. The corridor to the toilets are narrow, but they were restricted by the building, but should be accessible by “most” wheelchairs. They have a portable ramp into the building. Mention wheelchair when booking and the ramp is already in place by the time you arrive, no waiting around for it to be placed."

Owner is the rudest person you could ever met. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Treats customers and staff with no respect.

We landed into La Gondola late on a Sunday night, Luigi and his staff couldn't have been more welcoming. The food was top class, the wine flowed and hospitality was lots of fun.

LaGondola is my favourite restaurant. The atmosphere is like no other place and I love the opera music in the background. Excellent value for money, great chips and authentic Italian food.

Went for a Sunday tea time dinner on the spur of the moment at 6pm. Only people in the restaurant. Very busy for take away meals. Lovely waitress and owner very friendly. Food great and very reasonable indeed. Note Cash only , no cards.

Unbelievable service and food. I had the Alfredo and it was glorious. Pasta was fresh, perfect portion size. Would highly recommend. Very interactive on their Facebook page for pre ordering due to covid 19. The takeaway service was very professional and well laid out.

I ordered a takeaway from here and as soon as I arrived the owner Luigi was roaring and shouting out the back giving off about customers . I handed him 20 pound and he immediately started giving off about me not having the correct change and that I should come with the right money the next time. This is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Food was grand though.

As a regular take away client of La Gondola Omagh, we decided to eat in on this occasion. The Beef Stroganoff was very tasteful and my wife had the Cannelloni which she loved. Service was very efficient and food presentation was perfect. Staff were friendly and the varied menu represents good value for money. For a taste of Real Italian Food, then LA GONDOLA is the place to go !

Rang to pre book our takeaway order in the afternoon for collection this evening. Lugi was his usual cheerful self, had a friendly chat as he went through our order. Our freshly cooked order was ready right on time for the agreed collection slot. I swear the siciliana tastes better ever time we go! Looking forward to having a meal in the restaurant next visit! Highly recommend both the takeaway the restaurant.

"Do not recommend, there are better pizza places in Omagh with more professional service. My mum ordered 3 pizzas for delivery, as she was not well and my dad had come in from work 12 hours straight. After one hour of waiting for delivery two of the pizzas were badly burnt. Not a little but the hole entire crust round the 2 pizzas. Again they weren't burnt around the edge but nearly 1inch deep was burnt black. My mum phoned for 2 replacement pizzas but was met by hostile and sarcastic staff. After challenging my mum they stated the delivery driver would have to come out to collect the pizzas, they would consider at Pizzarama if replacement pizzas could be issued. When asking if the replacements could come out with the driver when they were collecting, this was declined by Pizzarama staff. This would have resulted in over an another hour waiting time. When asking for a refund, to order somewhere else again this was refused without someone coming to collect the pizzas for them to review back at the establishment. The staff were very ignorant by talk about my mum to other staff loudly whilst she was still on the phone. My mum asked why the burnt pizzas were put out for delivery in there state and my mum was met by challenge again by the staff. My mum told them to forget it and they would cut of the burnt pizza to eat what was left. This is unacceptable, when ordering pizza you expect the food to be fully eatable. No-one should ever experience this. For a family run business I am disgusted this is how my family were treated. Pizzarama management need to look into their pizza cooking standards and what they think is acceptable cooking and their staff conduct as they need to work on their custom service skills which they are clearly lacking. It is understandable their are policies in place but there was no need for the way my mum was spoken to or treated. Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to upload photos which is a real shame!!"
