"The ‘big bagel’ was nice enough as were the chips. Sweet friendly waitress. Please do not order the nachos-they are flavourless and in my opinion the tortilla chips a little stale. Was a little hard work trying to get someone’s attention for the bill. I think they could do with one more member of staff to keep things running more smoothly eg clearing tables, wiping down seats and supplying the bill more promptly. I voiced my opinion at the time re the nachos but was met with a vacant stare and a ‘no ones ever complained about them before ‘. They bizarrely offered to take 10% off the cost of the nachos. A more commercially savvy response would have been ‘so sorry you didn’t like the nachos Ill take them off the bill as you’ve barely touched them. Hope to see you again next time’ There’s lots of competition in the area who in my opinion offer waaay better service. I believe the owner was behind the counter at the time who took no ownership of the situation-that was a shame but hey ho that’s why some businesses succeed and others don’t stand the test of time."

"not the best place I visit in dublin. the waiters are always in a hurry if they have to order something or if they have to remove from the table. I and my friends eat some pommes and they asked us if they could take the pommes two, three times, even if we definitely don't stop them. then, whenever we had to order, they were busy or somewhere else. eating is not great either. in any case a beautiful place to go after dinner to drink a cocktail and party!"

"Great service here, we were a tad bit early but that wasn't a problem, we were seated and served very quickly and politely. The starter was excellent drinks too were all served quickly. We had a pizza main course which was delicious and well presented. One of us had a dessert as the starter and main was such a generous size. Staff were all pleasant, we left as things were getting busy."

"I had the most terrible experience at this restaurant. I really wish I could get a refund. It was extremely noisy, chaotic, and overall awful. The waitstaff had trouble keeping track of their tables. The other diners were incredibly loud and disruptive, and no one addressed the issue. The food was poorly seasoned and prepared, with very small portions. I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs. It is a truly terrible dining experience."

The restaurant is warm and friendly and clean it was nice to see that they still offered hand sanitizer at the table which my friends were happy about). The menu was small but perfect offering a variety of starters, mains and desserts for all pallets. There were 6 of us on a Saturday night. We all had different starters of which mine, the avocado and prawns was big, the prawns fresh and meaty and the sauce was a plenty. My husband had the monk fish tempura which he said was very tasty. Out of 6 of us 4 of us had the steaks on the hot stone A MUST. Delicious!! The waitress was very keen to explain how the meat continues to cook on the stone so ensured we asked for the meat finish we wanted ensuring that the steak didn't over cook. There was a slight misunderstanding between the kitchen and the order ie a few side dishes were incorrect. Before we could even say anything to be honest it was fine) the waitress said all sides would be free I mean that was so kind of her and made us very happy. All sides including the potatoes and veg were delish and the other 2 who had veal were also very happy. I must admit we were stuffed and couldn't manage desserts but they did sound and look lovely. Overall I would highly recommend for any night of the week for it's food, its customer service and for somewhere a little different Well done all at Ray's we'll be back"

"Imagine, four adults and three kids (all under 10) rock up after winning 1800 tickets at the arcade and then then fancying some scran. The youngest and eldest were both hangry. Sad times. We gave Prezzo a bell and they said they’d take us in despite my dismal displays (I didn’t get over 100 even with the rails up for bowling). The geezer took us all in even though we had excitable adults and served us in no time. Thankfully, there was a Geordie geezer who we all understood and he was a legend. He humoured us and was patient. Funny ‘n’ all. Had a full on meal and we were pushing it to get our train. Of course, someone wanted pudding. The geordie legend sorted us out in seconds and got the lollies sorted. I’d have given a massive tip if I hadn’t have spent a small fortune trying to get a sloth from a claw machine"

"I visited here with a group of five without reservation in the week that was very busy and they had a table ready for us. I had a bottle of her pinot grigio, it was very dry, but tasted great and went nice with the food. for beginners we shared the pate and the filled mushrooms in the brothcrumbs, which were very beautiful, especially the mushrooms, I recommend these. my main meal was 'tagliatelle con salsiccia e funghi', tagliatelle with Italian sausage and mushroom in a creamy sauce, it was really delicious and a big part, they were happy to box what I could 't finish for me to take home and I look forward to hearing it! at £10.45 it was one of the most expensive pasta dishes on the menu, but I would pay it again, as it tasted fantastic! we were too full to try this time a desert, but I'm sure that their gloomy to the high quality would live the main thing. wait employees were not very redigatiw, but service was fast and professional. we look forward to the return here!"

"We popped in without a booking on a Sunday night after a long drive and were met with such fantastic service. Our waiter Blair was soo friendly, made some great recommendations and made us laugh a lot! The frito misto was a great starter, huge fresh bits of fresh and a delicious garlic and parsley sauce. We also ordered the asparagus with pancetta which was so nicely done with another great sauce. The fresh pasta dishes were phenomenal! Between our table we ordered the slow cooked beef and tuscan sausage ragu which had so much tender meat and a delicious rich sauce, the rigatoni sinatra (crumbled italian sausages with loads of roasted peppers and chilli in a tomato sauce) and the fettuccine pollo piccante which was my favourite. This was spicy chicken in a creamy parmesan sauce with a right kick of chilli! For a complete accidental find we had such a great meal and would definitely come back if we were travelling down to Glasgow from the Highlands again!"

"Had not been to Prezzo for a while and the quality of the meals has clearly declined, or maybe I just chose poorly. Ordered the Crab Lobster Ravioli, which sounded brilliant in the menu: Handmade ravioli generously filled with crab and lobster. Served in a velvety tomato lobster bisque, spinach and a handful of chives That generously filled part was a lie. The ravioli were flat. And look, I know crab and lobster ain 't cheap, I was expecting a hint of them, but still, how difficult is to mince courgettes/leeks/celery/shallots, reduce them in seafood stock so they infuse, and then mix them with the tiny bit of lobster/crab so at least the pasta looks like proper ravioli and not like pancakes? And the velvety tomato lobster bisque ? It 's just creamy tomato sauce. That 's it. It was SO disappointing. Still, it was warm, it tasted ok, and the service was absolutely lovely; so it will do in a pinch. I just need to remember to order pizza or Alfredo next time."

"By far the best vegan food that I have ever had in my life. Was I even eating vegan? Everything besides the wait for the food was perfect. When we entered, we were immediately acknowledged despite the employees being busy. There was low lighting and chill music playing. Upon informing the servers that it was our first visit, they gave us some of their most popular dishes. They were extremely knowledgeable about the food and process of making the creations. After ordering, it did take better 25-35 minutes to get our food. I was starting to get anxious but I'm so glad we waited. My niece had the Shrimp Alfredo Po' Boy with fries. It did not disappoint. She's a picky teenager and did NOT have any complaints. She even asked to return. My sister did the Nashville Hot Sliders. She was super satisfied. I had the Plant Based Burger with a side of Mac Cheese. All I can say is WOW! This place is onto something. If you're seeking a good vibe and full stomach, go here. You will not be disappointed."

"was back in helensburgh for the day to see my mother and dad. we decided to have a nice day and enjoyed the suns we would go for a meal in the new restaurant. when we were a party of 3, I couldn't book a table, so it was about the house, but it wasn't a problem at all, as we sat with menus within minutes after arrival. overall it was very nice. long the drunken memories of the river bank and instead an authentic, lively and very classic Italian bistro restaurant. it was beautifully designed, restored to the original features of the building. I also loved the big wood stove on the full view to see her pizza cook. the staff was friendly and very friendly, the atmosphere was nice and relaxed and the food was fresh and very tasty. the menu is small and perfectly shaped and there was nothing that I would not like to eat, at the end enjoyed my parents 2 of the Risotto dishes and I had pizza, all were freshly cooked to order that was made for an excellent meal and the gelato for pudding was beautiful. my father was also very pleased to see one of his favorite Italian red wines on the menu (he is a massive weinbuff) and used as I was the named driver. great end on a sunny day and would really recommend. x"
