"We popped in without a booking on a Sunday night after a long drive and were met with such fantastic service. Our waiter Blair was soo friendly, made some great recommendations and made us laugh a lot! The frito misto was a great starter, huge fresh bits of fresh and a delicious garlic and parsley sauce. We also ordered the asparagus with pancetta which was so nicely done with another great sauce. The fresh pasta dishes were phenomenal! Between our table we ordered the slow cooked beef and tuscan sausage ragu which had so much tender meat and a delicious rich sauce, the rigatoni sinatra (crumbled italian sausages with loads of roasted peppers and chilli in a tomato sauce) and the fettuccine pollo piccante which was my favourite. This was spicy chicken in a creamy parmesan sauce with a right kick of chilli! For a complete accidental find we had such a great meal and would definitely come back if we were travelling down to Glasgow from the Highlands again!"

Had a fantastic meal here at the end of my trip, we skipped lunch and ordered every course, drink and dessert we wanted (went all out) and still ended up spending little! Delicious food from start to finish, couldn't get enough of the lemonade!

First visit, will be start of many. Delicious food, freshly served and at really value for money prices. Staff lovely. Drinks reasonably priced too. Could not find one fault. They are closing for a refurbishment for 1 week, cannot wait to go back, well done everyone.

For just £11.95, you can enjoy a 3-course meal at Cardosi's, located in the heart of Paisley. This deal is not only surprising, but almost unheard of. Cardosi's has been serving delicious Italian food in Paisley for years, so it's no wonder they do it well. While it may not be fine dining, it's a fantastic spot for a quick and efficient working lunch. The restaurant is clean and provides fast service.

This lovely Italian restaurant offers a wide range of dishes on their menu, including three or four daily specials. I enjoyed the artichoke ravioli with a creamy tomato sauce and a glass of Italian Sangeovasi - both were delicious and left me feeling satisfied and happy. Many people had told me that this was the best Italian restaurant in town, and after my experience, I have no doubt that statement is true.

Excellent efficient service from well-trained waiting staff and a very organised kitchen. Good quality food, including veggie option daily special, representing good value for money. A wee gem. Remember to book a table a week in advance, as increasing popular. Ideal for special and casual dining. One small thing is there is no draft beer, only bottled italian and that is not everybody's cup of tea, err, I mean favourite beer.

Nice early evening meal. Went to old favourite in Paisley. Given early evening menu which is set price for 2/3 course. Food arrives quickly, is hot, seasoned correctly and as described. Meats cooked perfectly, generous portions although salad undressed. Drinks are varied and wine menu has nice classical Italian varieties. House wines (by glass) are really good and priced well. Staff friendly and patient with kids. Surroundings well presented and clean and peak in open kitchen showed a very clean and organised area. Will be back as always
