"I just want to pay my tributes to Maze Grill and the staff for the excellent experience we had when we visited you for dinner on New Years Eve! Me and my family felt ourself very special already from the entrance, the bar and throughout the whole dinner. Especially our headwaiter (think his name was Karnal? but also his colleagues had much to do but never failed in attention, on the contrary there where not a single second we had to wait or ask for anything. Nice details as when someone constantly have an eye if our glasses needed to be filled up or when our son dropped the fork he had a new one even faster than he could of picked it up himself from the floor. And we noticed that the staff picked up the napkins and folded it and put it back whenever someone went to toilet or so. And it never felt pushy or so, just nice and friendly discreet attention. And what about the food? The garlic shrimps for starter was great as a appetizer and the steak for main course was perfectly executed, as well as the chips and the cole slaw was to die for. Again the attention for detail was great since we had different choices all four of us. The sommelier presented the wines on an Ipad to choose from and we struck gold for choosing a red stellenbosch one. If we have anything to complain about the wine could of been a couple of degrees colder, it was room temperatur I believe. We could of said something but we didn´t since we already got our main courses. When we left Maze Grill for heading out for the fireworks the doorman helped us with a cab…all nice details that makes you feel happy to pay the bill even if its much more than you usually spend on a dinner as an ”average family”. We will certainly visit you again and we will look for other Ramsay restaurants whenever we travel abroad again. Hope you will find a place in Stockholm to start up a new restaurant someday! We say Thank you and wish you all a Happy New Year! Mikael Tarnstrom with family"

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bread Street Kitchen Bar and indulging in their Beef Wellington experience, and it surpassed all expectations. From start to finish, every aspect of the meal was impeccable. Firstly, the Beef Wellington itself was a culinary masterpiece. Cooked to perfection, the tender beef was encased in a delicate puff pastry that melted in my mouth with every bite. The rich, savory flavors were perfectly balanced, making each forkful a delightful experience. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was also top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our dining experience was attended to. From the warm welcome at the door to the attentive servers who guided us through the menu, the level of professionalism and hospitality was truly commendable. Moreover, the ambiance of Bread Street Kitchen Bar added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The stylish yet inviting atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience. In summary, my Beef Wellington experience at Bread Street Kitchen Bar was nothing short of extraordinary. From the exquisite cuisine to the impeccable service, every aspect of the evening exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Bread Street Kitchen Bar to anyone looking for a superb dining experience. Five stars without a doubt!"

"First class. Food and service were superb. Truly accomplished and delicious dishes. My friend, who doesn’t really care much for food, declared the honey parfait dessert to be the best thing he’d ever eaten. I had the rhubarb soufflé, the presentation of which is hilariously risqué! The rack of Dover sole was exquisite. Lots of little treats too. The sommelier was really good even though we weren’t splashing out on wine on this occasion. Her dirty dry martinis were excellent. Overall, a five-star experience. Ambience-wise, it was a bit quiet on Saturday lunch; and it is undeniably expensive. No doubt a causal connection between those two minor quibbles. However, we both agreed that it was worth it and have spent comparable sums (or more) elsewhere for far less. The team behind this restaurant are at the top of their game: they appear to love what they do; and pull out the stops to give their guests a wonderful time. The staff were attentive and kind but not intrusive. Consummate professionals."

"I dined at Fishworks on Tuesday and loved it so much that I went back again the following Saturday. I took my motherinlaw who has to be careful with her food as she has a delicate stomach and can only eat carefully prepared food. She tucked into the fish soup and the cod and chips and said afterwards that not only was it very tasty but also that her stomach was very happy! This is now my top choice for restaurant in Covent Garden or indeed all of West End if I fancy fish"

"We had BT as our server at the Bar and Grill in Mayfair for my girlfriend's birthday, and he was fantastic! The managers were excellent as well. The food was the best I've ever had, especially the wagyu steak, which was cooked to perfection. They even sang happy birthday, gave us complimentary dessert, and brought out a little sticky toffee pudding with a candle, along with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate on the plate. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Revisited old firm favourite after COVID enforced break. Atmosphere and decor still great but service completely off. Welcome very mediocre. Food service shockingly slow. Arrived at ordered promptly, anti-pasta served after mins wait. Mains didn't turn up until after (having had to...chase twice). One of my guests had to leave promptly at (not unreasonable for a lunch) which led to a rushed finish. Worst of all, the waiter filled our wine glasses to the brim, finished the bottle and then immediately asked if we wanted another. Crass in the extreme. I might expect that at Spoons, but not Daphne's. To top it all off, my mushroom risotto (normally a reliable stalwart) was quite bland. Come on Daphne's, you need to do better."

"usually difficult to get a table short time, but we had practically the whole restaurant to ourselves around 19 clock on Thursday. this was due to the fact that the local hotel occupancy rates were strongly depressed and the people of home working due to covid 19. this empty, there was atmosphere missing but service excellent. good choice of all courses and I especially enjoyed the Oktopus starter. grilled cod main course cooked to perfection with large damp flocks of fish. criminality brûlée with rhabarb and coffee finish. a good choice of crying, but the brandup is exaggerated."

"First off, the food was good. Unfortunately, that is where the positives ended. We were shown to a table where the flatware and glassware were literally sticking to the table. Waitstaff didn’t understand why we had an issue with this but did show us to another table and then sat someone else there without cleaning the table first. We made mention to our waiter that we were seeing a play and on a rather tight schedule. He sort of laughed and said everyone here is going to the theatre so it wouldn’t be a problem. We had the 3 course price fixe meal. And like I said, what we had was very good. Problem was we didn’t get to the third course because it took so long to bring out the food. At 7:15pm, as we were get up and leave so we wouldn’t miss curtain, the third course arrived. Our coats already on, we raced to the theatre and was seated with 2 minutes to spare. So go for the food but only when you have plenty of time."

"Heard so many good reviews about Quays gastro bar in portrush so called in on a Friday around 7.00pm. It was quite busy with holiday families however we had a short wait in the beer garden which was very pleasant and had a beer during our wait for restaurant. The restaurant itself was in contrast to the beer garden was very dark in fact the walls were painted black and ambiance not great for a dining experience (we would have been happy sitting in the enclosed section of the beer garden) The meal itself was fair to poor, my rump steak texture was not like it should be I had the feeling it was put through some sort of tenderising process and not great like a good steak freshly cooked should be, garlic fries were just ok. My wife chicken strips coated in breadcrumbs the coating so salty she could not eat them, I am more salt tolerant but they were so salty I could not eat them either. We are not people who complain and the staff were very pleasant and I did leave a tip. So Quays I have to say huge disappointment and will not return."

"Terrible: Very poor value for money, food was mediocre (some dishes were over salted, some were bland), wine was way overpriced and not very good. There were 5 adults and one child in our party, none of the meals or drinks were interesting or special. Food took a long time, the kids meal arrived 1.5hrs+ after we sat down, we had to ask two times for it since our 4yr old was getting hungry. In the end, it was a plate of sausage and mash and I could have cooked something more interesting and tasty myself, in a fraction of the time. Worst of all was the service. The waiters were pushy, arrogant and not very effective. They spilled the wine down the side of the glass every time they poured it (my wine glass was also dirty when I sat down). They pushed extras and sides, felt like we were getting ripped off all the time. Food took a long time. Over and above this, they were very rude to us and we left feeling that they were trying to create a special restaurant but failing badly at it because the food wasn't very special, the service was terrible and the price was way too high. Very disappointed, would advise you to go elsewhere."

"I recently attended a birthday party at a restaurant located in the Nomad Hotel. The food, a delightful fusion of Mexican flavors, was fantastic, and the variety of margaritas was exceptional. Although the restaurant is small, which can make it a bit noisy, the service was outstanding. Overall, it was a very enjoyable evening, and I will definitely return."

"menu choice: this had a very refined menu that reflected itself in the quality of food that came from the kitchen. to use a table of 14 simultaneously without problems. thete was a vegetarian option, although the one produced in the night was slightly burned on the floor and was easily mixed in taste. service please: the arrival was a little delayed, but that was a Christmas menu and can be expected. there is a bar that is up to get a drink while they wait. the personal was very accommodating and for the greatest part it was inviting. some employees seemed stressed and less satisfied with providing a good service. affordable: great quality for the price, but with regard to affordable it depends on their budget. this is not a mcdonalds menu; but I found that this was just a little over a box-sub menu, but the quality was much better. accessible: easy access from ground floor, but toilets are upstairs in the second floor. the bar is also in the second floor, while the table service is below, but you can order drinks from the edible. Just note that if they need a supported mobility, this could be a problem for them. extended family (teppiche): no pets unfortunately, but this is more a bistro, so take one night and pick up the pet seater, and relax and enjoy yourself. Conclusion: large menu choice and for the best part was the eating delicious and the price tag well worth. the service was really good, only the strange member of the staff seems to be less than enthusiastic. remember, barrier-freeness could be a problem for those who are in the supported mobility. Finally, no pets, so take one night out, order, relax and enjoy. if they found this helpful hit the same taste and add me to insta: diggerdazzler"

"I have been going to this restaurant for years for special occasions, and it has always been fantastic. However, on my last visit for a first date, things went completely wrong. We ordered two different steak meals, each with a different cooking style and sauce. When the meals arrived, they had the wrong sauces and were cooked incorrectly. I spoke to the manager about the issue, but it led to an awkward situation. I asked for the meals to be prepared correctly, but was told that mine would then be cold. Instead of replacing the meals, we ended up accepting what we were given. This disastrous experience ruined my first date and I ended up paying over £89 for it. It was definitely not a Marc Pierre moment. Since then, I have taken my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate, as I used to really enjoy this restaurant before this incident."

"We visited for Sunday lunch to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We opted for the unlimited champagne and lunch menu and were not disappointed. Our glass was never empty and the food was excellent They had a wide variety of choice including a seafood choice , roasts, salads to name a few. The pudding clinched the deal , absolutely delightful with a choice for all palets. Would I return absolutely. The service and staff were excellent and they catered for all our needs Well done and thank you to the team for making our day so special."

"I booked this restaurant on line for 4 people for 4 January 2024 at 6.30 and received an email from the restaurant confirming our booking on the 14 November 2023. We were in London for a couple of days taking in some sites and a show and were looking forward to a nice evening out. We arrived at the restaurant at 6.30 to find that it was closed and were obviously quite confused. We phoned the telephone number on the web site and were told that the restaurant was closed for the Christmas holidays. A very poor show to take a booking on line, confirm the booking and say in the confirmation email that they are looking forward to seeing you when they are going on holiday. Don't trust your email booking. Luckily enough the taxis driver recommended an Italian Restaurant round the corner and we had a lovely meal and great time."

"Myself and a friend have been doing the rounds with michellin star restaurants this will definitely be in our top few favourites. We were led into a charming little nook that was very private. The service was extremely good efficient but also majority of staff were willing to have little chats and seemed appreciate humour. Every dish was fine art carefully plated and tasted amazing, we had been to sketch a couple of weeks before which was also a three star but they are poles are apart with this restaurant being a very clear winner. We were extremely honoured to be given a walk through the kitchens which added to the experience. Utterly delightful would love to come again."

"Very nice place and very friendly staff. The food was good and tasty: tried the sea bream and was delicious, the burrata on the sharing board starter was very similar to the original Italian one and on the same quality was the sharing dessert! A few things I did not particularly like: the table, it feels more like a bar than an actual restaurant in fact you could get an high table with stools instead of chairs; most of the finest wine bottles were not available when we visited (15/4/23 ; and, generally the food was slightly overpriced compared to what you can find in other places in Edinburgh (e.g Cote, Bread Street, etc. . Overall I did really enjoy the evening and I'll definitely come back to try the pasta and the cannoli that unfortunately were also not available. Recommended!"

"I was really disappointed with the menu during our recent visit. We have been to the farm shop numerous times over the years and it used to be one of our favorite restaurants. However, the entire menu has changed since our last visit, and now there’s very little choice. While the food we had was nice, we had made a reservation and still ended up feeling like we were stuck there, considering the lack of options. It’s unfortunate because our last experience was excellent, but now we're hesitant to return when we're in Bicester; we’ll likely try a different restaurant instead."

"eating was okay, moderate. I had the vegan bruschetta as an appetizer and it was softened in oil and the brot was soggy. the plumomats, however, tasted good. for the main course I ordered the vegan pomodoro con bufala, and that was good. for dessert I had the vegan cookie dough Al-Forno with vanilla gelato and caramel sauce. the gelato was nice, but the keksteig was a bit fat. service was good and friendly. overall okay, but I wouldn't go there twice."

"A pleasant evening of dining. Just dropped in on a Friday night and were greated by friendly staff. We were lucky enough to snag a table at the front of the restaurant with a view of Borough Market. Our party of three shared a starter of marinated olives and a cheese platter. As a main I had Lamb Bulger Meatballs, they were succulent with plenty of flavour. I finished with an Ameretto and Pear Cheesecake. It was very light, tending more towards mousse, but very flavoursome. All washed down with a bottle of house red and a dessert wine. Service was very good, and staff were helpful, taking the time to explain and recommend from the menu. The restaurant was clean and tidy with a vibrant ambience. Background music was playing but this was in keeping with the style of the restaurant and not too loud to intrude and stiffle conversation. With lots of eateries in the location, this is worth a visit."
