Very disappointing. Thought having Gordon’s name on it would mean the food tastes amazing but actually just meant poor food sold at really expensive prices. Nothing special, you’d be an idiot sandwich by going. View menu

Great food, great setting but the service is just too slow. Partly because the waiting staff aren’t ’on it’ enough. And that’s been the case on the two occasions I’ve dined there, sadly. So much so we ended up getting coffee and pudding elsewhere following our most recent visit to BSK.

We said our starter (waghu meatballs) were overcooked. Response from waitress no one else has ever said that before. We ordered carafe of The Pale. They brought a bottle difference of £19! Service charge is 15%. Average service, Average food and no atmosphere. Definitely will not be going back.

Claudette and Raphael went above and beyond for us. We really wanted the beef Wellington, but unfortunately they were out. However, Claudette and Raphael came to the rescue and got the chef’s to roll one for us. It was amazing! Our daughter loved her bangers and mash! Can’t say enough about the service and food! I don’t know why wherever you go in London it has to be popping music in your ears so that you can’t relax. I guess everything has to drain your brain until you leave the city, right? Why can’t we simply enjoy quiet music and each others company in one place? Ah, I remember why, people in London are also inconsiderably loud. Apologies.

The service at this restaurant was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was decorated in an interesting industrial style. However, the mediocre food, including a tasteless rib eye steak and bland burgers, failed to impress. The accompanying peppercorn sauce lacked flavor and the chips were subpar. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience and do not plan on returning.
