"Do not recommend, there are better pizza places in Omagh with more professional service. My mum ordered 3 pizzas for delivery, as she was not well and my dad had come in from work 12 hours straight. After one hour of waiting for delivery two of the pizzas were badly burnt. Not a little but the hole entire crust round the 2 pizzas. Again they weren't burnt around the edge but nearly 1inch deep was burnt black. My mum phoned for 2 replacement pizzas but was met by hostile and sarcastic staff. After challenging my mum they stated the delivery driver would have to come out to collect the pizzas, they would consider at Pizzarama if replacement pizzas could be issued. When asking if the replacements could come out with the driver when they were collecting, this was declined by Pizzarama staff. This would have resulted in over an another hour waiting time. When asking for a refund, to order somewhere else again this was refused without someone coming to collect the pizzas for them to review back at the establishment. The staff were very ignorant by talk about my mum to other staff loudly whilst she was still on the phone. My mum asked why the burnt pizzas were put out for delivery in there state and my mum was met by challenge again by the staff. My mum told them to forget it and they would cut of the burnt pizza to eat what was left. This is unacceptable, when ordering pizza you expect the food to be fully eatable. No-one should ever experience this. For a family run business I am disgusted this is how my family were treated. Pizzarama management need to look into their pizza cooking standards and what they think is acceptable cooking and their staff conduct as they need to work on their custom service skills which they are clearly lacking. It is understandable their are policies in place but there was no need for the way my mum was spoken to or treated. Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to upload photos which is a real shame!!"

"The stairs are a challenge for me with bad knees. The Chinese owners are abrupt and can be taken as cheeky but that is their trait. They made a fuss of getting phone contact details with my two friends. The two staff upstairs, one a young local girl and the other a painted older lady were terrible. First off I said I wanted my bill separate. They maid such a fuss and told us they do not do that. Then they came back and asked us to count our bill separate. I ordered first as I knew that I wanted prawn cocktail and a sizzling beef Cantonese style. The older lady had not a clue and I told her what veg I wanted in the sauce. Which came missing some. My friends were undecided what to order and as I was advising them the older lady kept butting in and giving inaccurate advice. Eventually I said just cook and bring mine first. Forty minutes later no food and we complained two times. They blamed the separate bill as the reason saying it was put down as two different tables. I asked how that would slow cooking. The young girl came with another jumbled non sensical excuse. Then the painted lady came bumping into the chair with obviously bad eye sight and said it was all her fault. My prawn cocktail came only and was large and fine but the other starters were ten minutes later after more complaints. The bbq ribs were large without garnish despite the lady saying they are only small. Chicken noodle soup was extra watery. My sizzling beef was not as sizzling as usual and lacked mushroom which I asked for but it was tasty. Ten minutes later my friends chicken Mary land and duck curry arrived. They both seemed good. The portion sizes were good. When we went to pay the bills were separate after all the fuss and quite reasonable. Pity about the staff but we will go back soon."
