"If I’ve ever been to Omagh before I don’t recall and it’s likely I’ll not be there ever again. As I ambled I was struck by a few things the cheerful enthusiasm of the local traffic warden, who seemed to be following me even though I’d parked up, how busy it was as we live through austerity, an Irish Sea border and a pandemic, (even finding a parking space was challenging) and the number of shoe shops trading close by one another. On my way back to the car I spotted this coffee place just adjacent to where I’d parked so I picked up a take out cappuccino it was a good size, great tasting and I think £2.79. I tried to pay with Revolut but their card machine was broken so folding money it was. Had a bit of banter with the barista as he made my brew so all in all pleasant. I’d give it 3 green stars for their locally made produce and the degradable coffee cups and no pressure to use a plastic lid. I sat in my car and listened to John Denver’s Wildlife Concert. Dear John gone much too soon."

Excellent gluten free range including wraps and cakes. Good quality lunch at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely great from excellent service to delicious food. Menu has everything you could wish for. Number 19 is a must visit. Being a previous cafe owner myself you know how much work it takes to nail it and these hit it on the head.

Attentive staff, varied menu with a good choice of coffees teas and hot chocolate. Good lunch menu of wraps, sandwiches and paninis plus a specials board. Really well situated on the high street, ideal for people watching, whiling away the day : View menu

I stopped in here for breakfast before Court nearby. Pre-Covid, this was a favourite lunch stop for me and it was great to be back. I enjoyed Poached Eggs and Smoked Salmon along with a delicious coffee. Pleasant and prompt service. Highly recommended.

I absolutely adored this charming little place before the pandemic, but I love it even more now. The renovations are fantastic, giving it a sleek and modern look. The new menu reflects a touch of elegance. The staff is wonderful and the owners are clearly dedicated.

The food and atmosphere were excellent at this restaurant. I ordered a chicken sandwich without salad, but it came with salad. My husband ordered soup but it didn't come with any bread. We also ordered a tray bake which was forgotten. When I pointed out these mistakes while paying, I did not receive an apology. The staff were not very friendly or attentive to customers. View menu

I went to this restaurant for breakfast with my wife and daughter. We ordered porridge, waffles, and pancakes. My only complaint is that the bacon with the pancakes wasn't crispy, but if they offer crispy bacon, it should be crispy. The table layout was slightly less than optimal; it was very small and difficult to move around. However, the guy behind the counter was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely go back again.

Oh dear. The food here is so incredibly bland, it is shocking. How can food be so tasteless? I don't know. It made a miserable day considerably more miserable. Very disappointing, and even if the food had been good, the portions are much too small to be filling. Service was okay and the place seemed very clean, but really can't recommend it beyond that. Unfortunately, Omagh is really lacking in decent breakfast and lunch spots so this place is by no means exceptional in its mediocrity.

"I do not recommend this restaurant, as there are better pizza places in Omagh with more professional service. My mother ordered 3 pizzas for delivery, as she was unwell and my father had been working for 12 hours straight. After waiting for one hour for the delivery, two of the pizzas were badly burnt, not just a little but the entire crust of the two pizzas. The staff at Pizzarama were hostile and sarcastic when my mother called to request replacement pizzas. They stated that the delivery driver would have to come out to collect the pizzas before considering issuing replacements. When my mother asked if the replacements could be brought out with the driver, this request was denied. When she asked for a refund to order from somewhere else, this was also refused without the pizzas being collected for review. The staff were disrespectful, speaking loudly about my mother to each other while she was still on the phone. My mother was challenged by the staff when questioning why the burnt pizzas were sent out for delivery. She told them to forget it and that they would cut off the burnt parts to eat what was salvageable. This experience was unacceptable, as when ordering pizza, one expects the food to be fully edible. No one should have to go through this. I am disgusted by the way my family was treated by this family-run business. Pizzarama management needs to reassess their pizza cooking standards and customer service skills. It is clear that improvements need to be made. While procedures are necessary, there was no reason for the disrespectful treatment my mother received."
