"I went in to feed my baby and have a quick coffee. However, we ended being there for 4 hours due to my car breaking down. The staff were amazing with me and my 4 month old. Telling me it was fine my car was there, then noticing I was a little stressed due to what was happening and my son needed a nap and feed. I got him sorted and another lovely member of staff asked if I would like anything getting. Continuing to check on us; asking if we’d like the music turned down, etc, as we had to wait quite sometime for help. I am so grateful and it made a stressful experience a whole lot better than what could have been."
