"I went in to feed my baby and have a quick coffee. However, we ended being there for 4 hours due to my car breaking down. The staff were amazing with me and my 4 month old. Telling me it was fine my car was there, then noticing I was a little stressed due to what was happening and my son needed a nap and feed. I got him sorted and another lovely member of staff asked if I would like anything getting. Continuing to check on us; asking if we’d like the music turned down, etc, as we had to wait quite sometime for help. I am so grateful and it made a stressful experience a whole lot better than what could have been."

fab friendly staff know our order off by heart.we pop here 4-5 times a week .it's a ten mile trip to get there well worth it .

I went through the drive-thru with no lights on and the speakerphone wasn't working. I waited a long time for the staff to help me and unfortunately they didn't have the item I wanted. This is unusual as they are normally excellent. View menu

I am regularly at dieucks in consett and must say I love the great service, the personal is always happy, friendly and will do everything for them. Very recommended here if they are looking for a place with a lot of things on the menu.

Normally I shop else where but decided to try Starbucks for a change. Drive thru. Excellent customer service experience. Very friendly and super quick service. Drinks were great, tasty and hot. We were even given a free treat for our pooch ha ha Great touch. Credit to the staff .

This chain coffee shop is not too bad. It may be a little expensive for what you get, but that's typical for these types of places. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The food is decent, considering it's mostly heated up microwave items. Their cinnamon buns are particularly tasty. The location is convenient, especially for shoppers at nearby Tesco or Morrison's. There is a smaller Costa nearby as well.

Me and my wife thought we will give this place another chance after utterly disgusting coffee (flat white and latte) we were served month or so ago. This time we were served warmed up semi skimmed milk which they call hot chocolate. I am a fan of Starbucks, but Consett’s branch seems to be the worst when it comes to drinks. I mean, how hard can it be, all other branches around can make an effort. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back there.
