"my man and I had the lamb that we found was tasty and delicate, but the sauce was a bit dry and remembered the soda that was too long. the greatest disappointment was the nasty broth, I had the garlic, and my man had a flat and both had no taste, it seemed like it was salt free. my favorite was the fungus I highly recommend. I would say the experience was pleasant and or server attentive. it is over a decent value for the price"

"had a wonderful meal here recently. the aromen and combinations were fantastic. we had a cashew, methi-style pornstar and a corma pornstar. both were amazing as the next-courts and the popadoms. I eat here and abroad a lot of Indian food and found this one of the best I have eaten so far. the it area above is quite atmospheric and I found the staff quiet and somewhat slow, but eating was all we were interested. they have an early bird special I found to have limited dishes on my taste. I enjoyed the main menu much better definitiw it is worth when in belfast. I'm sure it's one of us who went by or drove past due to the situation, but next time...read more"

"We visited this restaurant tonight for dinner and had to wait a few minutes before being seated. The interior has about five tables and the seating is a bit cramped. We ordered masala dosa, roti with chicken curry, nasi goreng, nasi lemak, and curry laksa. The roti with chicken curry was delicious and I really enjoyed it. The masala dosa was good with the chutneys and sambar. The curry laksa had a good flavor, but the curry had a lack of chicken pieces and tofu, and more bean sprouts. The nasi goreng was tasty, but didn't feel authentic due to the ingredients. The nasi lemak had plain boiled rice instead of fragrant coconut milk rice. The fried chicken was lacking in seasoning. I wanted to try the chicken biryani and fried chicken, but the portion sizes seemed small for the price. We may come back in the future for the roti with curry."

"We originally travelled to Swansea for a gig but was cancelled, so we booked the Rasoi as a last minute thing, I hadn't heard of it before, but was really pleased we did. The minute we walked in we were welcomed by the staff and they were very friendly. The atmosphere and restaurant was great, the Christmas tree was up and looked very festive. The food was amazing. I can't fault this place. We will definitely be back Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"well located for many Glasgow locations such as the garage or the cca. on Saturday around 18.00 clock with a friend immersed. you simply managed a pre-theater menu that is very good. a buffet was available as well as a la carte. second time here good restaurant, beautiful personal and decor. herren room decor is surely entertaining! mixed pakora was quite small (4 pieces) and when asked, we only got 2 pappadum between us. kingfisher bier was excellent they also have tennents design and many flake and spirituosen. the pre-theater was simple but good. we both had an excellent huh tikka masala not too creamy and still with a beautiful kick from the tikka. will definitely be back soon"

"typical local with competent and very courteous staff that makes you comfortable even if you do not know the dishes of Indian cuisine. I tasted with my wife both dishes with fish and meat and spicy and not spicy. definitely to return if you want to try a quality ethnic restaurant."

"Probably the best Indian meal we have ever had as it was midweek just after the Christmas break we were the only people in the restaurant. Staff were very pleasant and it was a nice relaxing atmosphere, food was truly amazing and we will definitely be going back sooner rather than later would highly recommend this restaurant. A remarkable find in this back street of Anniesland."

"a group of 6 of us went there on a Monday evening as there were good reviews. it is located in a next street, and the first impression was the datierte decoration. they have an extensive menu and many items are listed as vegan or can be made vegan. we had the opportunity to get in the ground floor near the beginning (which was above warm) or down (which was very cold, as there was no heating) so we chose the ground floor. the restaurant was pretty busy. they serve alcohol. on the menu is located cobra beer 1/2 pint, 1 pint and from the bottle. buy the bottle as there is much cheaper than the design beer. note that on the menu there are poppadums on two places mentioned. £1 for 1. or pay them £3,50 for two if they want something chutney with. they bring them the more expensive if they do not specify. I had punjabi samosas for the starter. they were in order, but I had better elsewhere. one of our groupings the bhel armi, but it did not happen until all others had finished their ancestors, but he said it tasted very beautiful. for the net I had the tofu massaman curry. in the round it consisted of large plates of tofu with some kartoffels in a green sauce. unfortunately my curry lukewarm was when it arrived, but it tasted ok. It was very mild and suitable for my palate. I had to order a part rice separately, and the part rice was bigger than I actually needed. my partner ordered the vegan thiali £17. we told the waiter that we were vegan when we ordered and the vegan thiali is mentioned specifically on the menu. when it arrived, it seemed to have milkrita as well as a non-vegan dessert. we asked the waiter if it was vegan and he said yes, then he reconstructed and took the dessert away to be replaced. he did not seem to be aware that the rita was not vegan. I checked with another employee who said that the rita they brought was not vegan and they would also replace it. another employee said they would replace the rita with a vegan version they did. it seemed just a waiter for most of the time to be, and he seemed to watch his time with headphones in and on his phone! overall eating was ok, the service was not so great. there are many Indian vegetarian restaurants in london and some with beautiful decoration and better eating."

"We were looking for somewhere for a bite one rainy night after visiting Tate Modern unfortunately wish we'd eaten elsewhere. The food prices were pretty reasonable/service was good but the food itself wasn't. Both entrees were really ordinary samosas likely came from frozen packet (and even then not cooked evenly), onion bhaji greasy and sweet both sitting in sweet yogurt which ruined taste. Tandoori chicken was OK (probably the best part of meal), however pretty sure it didn't come from a proper tandoor oven. Beef curry (Madras was really ordinary not authentic tasting felt like it was something you'd get at a pub and not an Indian restaurant."

"had a less than stellar experience, but I must say, we had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, the service was top-notch, and the food was delicious. We tried a variety of dishes and each one was better than the last. I highly recommend giving this place a try!"

"The restaurant is excellent, I've been there before. My dissappointment is with OpenTable.co.uk (only the table reservation page. The restaurant is, I insist. This time I had to cancel the reservation. However, this was not possible via the link provided by OpenTable.co.uk, which is no coincidence, this was programmed: OpenTable.co.uk website collects the credits when they refer to customers, but does not want to deal with them when plans change. OpenTable.co.uk website then 'suggests' to call the restaurant directly and I know that 's how it works, I did the same thing that worked in a large company dispute department. The more customers you 'deal direct ', the better. But I didn't expect a company to be as inconspicuous as OpenTable.co.uk and that's why I'm never gonna use their 'service' again."

"I and my fiancé trusted deepali with their input to ideas for the design and taste of our engagement cake. it is very knowledgeable and very trustworthy. next to the cake design amazing, the taste was so beautiful and the texture was moist. I can't get enough of this beautiful white circle, gold airbrushed cake, and it's red with tasty interior! always remember to go to cake tasting before they order their cake, and always remember that they went for the best customer service. we could not be happier with us! thanks. dipyumkuchen x"

"Good food and excellent service but know you will be dining in the brightly-lit basement breakfast room of a Doubletree Hotel, with your main dishes served in Corell cereal bowls. Most diners are business travelers on their own. Not a good place for a special occasion dinner but ideal for good food at a reasonable (London) price. Curries were too mild for our palates but we were told we could have asked for spicier. It was clearly a concern of the staff that it had been TOO spicy, oddly."

"it's different. I love Indian food, but I'm kind of fed up to eat the same and again. we recently visited this newly opened restaurant, recommended by one of our friends. they can immediately make up that it is different than a regular Indian restaurant. its modern decor, new concept of food in the Indian kitchen and large staff. they do good youngs all the best 22 nov, 2011 good experience. this restaurant has recently been opened in my local area opposite and I love Indian cuisine. "We had a disappointing experience in Fire and Spice. Upon arrival they didn't have a booking and were adamant that they don't take online bookings! Not a great start. It then took 90 mins for the main course to arrive despite the restaurant being virtually empty they did come to apologise for this and said it was because they were very busy with Deliveroo orders that night. We were a party of 6, two of which needed to get trains home at 10pm so they had to leave early (our booking was at 8pm). We asked if perhaps they might consider offering us a discount from the bill to compensate us to which they said that they couldn't do this as it would be docked from their wages. The food, to be fair, wasn't bad at all, which I guess explains why they are so popular with Deliveroo, but they really aren't set up operationally to deal with restaurant guests. My advice would be to avoid at all costs, but worth considering if you are having a Deliveroo home delivery."
