"if I would give less star, then we order two pizzas and some pages, so about £30 the pizza were completely uncooked, we were already a few bites in and then realized it. that has yelled for days. the combative manager said. they sent a refund, but only eating did not see it at their end when I called the restaurant to seek a solution, the manager continued to talk about me and refused to find a solution, and they repeated that it had nothing to do. are like not another ACTUAL-EVIDENCE of refund after a week disgusted and never ordering from them again."

"I have been a big fan of the Red Tiffin for a while now. It is the best South Asian takeaway in the area with a good selection of meat-free options. However, I have had some mixed experiences with the staff at the counter. One of them is incredibly friendly and sweet, but there is another guy who can be quite rude. Unfortunately, his attitude has made me hesitant to order from here. It's a shame because other than that, I have had no other issues with this place."

"While the food and ambience is good, I was taken aback when after booking via OpenTable the waitress was not able to find my booking. Furthermore, she stated we don't use OpenTable and so this was not a valid booking, inspite of my showing the email confirmation and the booking on the app. Wasn't a nice start to an evening when I was taking guests over there, but the food and service thereafter was decent. Pricing is a bit high, but then it has made a name and so was packed even on a Thursday evening. Worth visiting. Perhaps book directly."

"Me and my girlfriend came here and were pleasantly surprised. Atmosphere and decor were fine the starters were good but the meal really took off when we got to the mains. Garlic chilli and coriander naan was so tasty and portions are great plus excellent value : Staff are also really friendly and accommodating I don’t judge on uniform and decor as it’s food and service that are the most important 5/5"

"We've had home deliveries from this establishment for quite some time now but this was the first order for a while.When I telephoned I asked for the meal for two at £27 to be delivered at 7.00 and gave the chap my address and postcode.As my wife wanted a dish she hadn't had before I asked for more information..he confirmed that both dishes were of medium heat. At 6.20 my intercom buzzed,it was a neighbour..the delivery had an address but no name.I told the guy that I wasn't happy but accepted delivery.When I looked at the food my wife's curry looked like a Korma(it was supposed to be a Special Matta)and was very bland..she refused to eat anymore as she said it was more like sweet custard!. After our meal(we shared my curry which was nothing special but ok) I called to voice my disappointment and the issues I'd had.The chap I spoke to was very apologetic but said they were too busy to do anything at the moment but he was keen get the owner(he was the guy who took the order)to telephone me to apologize and see how they could make amends...my phone has yet to ring. Don't know how this poor food and service has happened but,at the moment,I have no plans to give him my business again."

"The food was good, but the service needs to be improved. We arrived and informed the staff of our reservation, but they did not seem to understand or acknowledge the reservation. Two different staff kept asking me to confirm how many people were in my party despite that information being on my reservation. We sat down at the far end of the restaurant, by the kitchen door, which meant we could be away from the noise of the groups at the front. Unfortunately, we were still disturbed by the loud shouting and screaming of those other groups, who were presumably drunk. For autistic people like me, loud shouting or screaming by others inside a confined space can be distressing. We were not given a drinks menu and assumed that the restaurant did not have one. We were told by the person taking our order that the restaurant had everything regarding drinks. We were about to state which drinks we wanted when that same staff member started listing all the general drinks they had, like beers, wine and soft drinks. The staff member spoke over one shy/quiet person in my party and insisted that she order wine, even though she did not want that. The lack of a drinks menu meant we did not know how much drinks would cost us. The staff member further confused my group by failing to clearly explain the portion difference between a side vegetable curry and a main one. The person who originally ordered the side curry felt pressured into agreeing to order a main vegetable curry because the staff member kept talking at her. After we ordered two portions of vegetable samosas as starters, we were told minutes later that we could only have one portion. It was unclear why. We felt rushed into deciding which alternative vegetable sides we wanted because we didn 't have the time or space to think, consider and discuss amongst ourselves whilst the staff member towered over and talked at us. After we paid the bill, we were approached by the same staff member who showed me a card of some type and insisted that I tap or scan it with my phone to leave a review. I got the impression that the staff member was going to stand, wait and watch me as I did this, which I found uncomfortable. I told the staff member that I would leave a review later. I don 't think it 's right to tower over your customers after they 've eaten to insist they leave a review on travel sites and platforms like Google Maps. The food here is good, so I suggest ordering takeaways instead of dining in."

"Food was delicious. I felt that the rice to share was certainly very small and we were eating from the a La carte menu. We asked for desert and a coffee they didn’t have the desert we wanted and the coffee machine was out of order. I also asked for irn bru and they didn’t have that either. Overall was a nice meal, however let down by lack of things on the menu."

"I placed an order online through the restaurant's website using my Visa card processed by Worldpay. I received an email confirmation with the order number and estimated delivery time of 45-60 minutes around 7:06 pm. However, after waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes and making 17 unsuccessful phone calls, I decided to visit the restaurant. The owner claimed they didn't receive my order, despite me showing him the email receipts and screenshots. He rudely suggested I contact the bank and showed no willingness to help or apologize for the inconvenience. Despite my bank account being charged, the owner refused to take responsibility for the issue. I received no food and encountered unprofessional and rude behavior from the owner. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant and seeking out other more hospitable options in Milton Keynes. Sizzling Grillz does not deserve even one star for their disgraceful conduct."

"Amazing service received by my family on Saturday night. My aunt was over from USA so we decided to take her out for her 1st Indian meal. Mehek didn't disappoint, we were all blown away with the food and the attentiveness of the staff. The manager and his team were super efficient, the service was indeed 1st class as was the food. "The best balti in all of Great Britain. We have been coming here for 15 years, and last night I brought my girlfriend along. We had a fantastic time, the staff were as welcoming and friendly as ever. The food was delicious and very affordable. We ordered katlama, chicken pakora, chicken balti, huh jalfrezi, two naans, and a side of rice, all of which were excellent. For dessert, we had gul road jamun and chocolate barfi. "I have ordered takeout from this restaurant a few times due to COVID restrictions, and I must say, it's the best Indian food I've had in a long time. The food is made with fresh spices like coriander and has just the right amount of spice for me - not too overwhelming, but still leaves you feeling hot after eating. The staff is also very friendly. I particularly enjoyed the Aloo Gobi (cauliflower and potatoes in curry sauce) and one of the Dhaal dishes."

"Located in a quiet street in Saltcoats, Ayrshire, this restaurant may not catch your eye from the outside, but the inside is clean and welcoming. The menu is extensive, offering a variety of choices.
