"When I ordered my food, the man told me loudly: “Can you hurry up and decide, I am really busy.” He was very rude to me, so I decided not to purchase anything from there. The restaurant does not even cook their chicken wings properly, they put them through a pizza oven and they come from a package. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. Instead, I suggest going to Sam's Fish and Chips down the road."

"We came here on a rainy Sunday. It started off quiet but got a bit busier later. The music was a bit unusual; The decor looked a bit tired so we weren't expecting much but the food was actually very good. The salmon roulade was fantastic; Gambas were also cooked perfectly; decent cheese plate. Potatatas bravas could have been a larger portion and I have had better but they weren't bad at all, and last the Moroccan lamb chops were good quality meat and well cooked. Really enjoyed the food and the experiemce overall."

"I ordered a pizza for collection. Watching the app it was taking longer than usual. When it said it was ready I went into the store. They said it was still baking. I waited probably 10 minutes and no one had spoken to me. I checked again and instead of responding to me they just talked about it between themselves and left me waiting. After a while later I got my pizza with an apology finally (and some free cookies, their go to apology). From overhearing then I think they delivered mine to someone else and had to remake mine, though they never told me that. They treated me like I wasn’t there, terrible customer service. Got home...and it didn’t have a stuffed crust. Called up for a partial refund. This is not the first problem I’ve had here, they are not professional, someone needs to take a close look at this store."

"Service you could not fault : we were seated promptly, orders taken as soon as we were ready and food arrived quickly with a smooth transition between courses. The winner of the night was Caccia e Pepe a simple dish but excellently done (with a generous heap of truffle cream, of course). Pizza and starters were all enjoyable. Very reasonable prices (especially considering the location). Would highly recommend. Note: we had booked but they were taking walk ins, there was a bit of a queue the whole time we were there (mid week dinner), but turnover is pretty quick."

"My family and I had lunch on Mother's Day. The service was a bit slow, but it was definitely worth the wait! Everything we ordered was delicious, from the garlic bread and olives, to the pasta, pizza, risotto, and desserts like tiramisu, cheesecake, and panna cotta (which were all delicious). We also enjoyed some ice cold zitronenzello and a super smooth coffee. The prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be returning to eat here again."

"Firstly, I must mention that my order was delayed. After calling the restaurant, I found out that my order had been lost. While this was not ideal, it is a common occurrence. Despite this setback, I would still give the restaurant 5 stars because my food was delivered quickly and hot. The quality of the food was excellent as always. "No record of booking on turning up, therefore no allergy on record. Staff inattentive and largely absent. We were shoved in a corner next to a wall. Forgot my half of the drink order; I asked for coffee and they brought out a cafetiere with just water in it. Food came out well into booking time, items removed (not substituted) because of my allergy even though I flagged it on my booking. Toni was great in checking in after and boxed up what we felt we couldn't eat because we had run out of time. Wasn't sure what to expect price wise because it's not clear on the website but have had much better teas for that cost. It's a shame because we hadn't been before. Is the missed booking because you take from multiple booking sources? A bit disappointing, we probably won't do it again."

"This is a really great place. It isn't often that a restaurant can provide good food and service but Rustico pulls it off. The Food: The dishes are a bit pricey £20pp isn't uncommon) and the meatloaf is to die for. They don't serve a caccetori, which I found interesting. And they don't serve marinara with the calamari, which is always cooked to perfection not overdone and rubbery, which is easy to do). The wine selection is good too a little pricey for the quality, but they've chosen the wines and dishes) carefully and they are presented without being pretentious. To me this is the best part. Good food doesn't have to be snobby. It can be nice, yet casual. Tasty, and down to earth. The Service: No matter what you order, you're sure to get personalized service without a rush. I also like the environment, too, because it is cosy. I often bring dates here because it is easy to feel like it is just the two of you having a chat and being served by your very own staff. To me the tables feel as if they are in a small country home. It is that warm and cosy inside. Also, my conversation is never interrupted by wait staff at Rustico. This is a big deal to me as I'm often on dates at this place, trying to get to know a new friend. The service is really spectacular. Truly. Special notes: Make reservations on the weekends as it books up. Also, don't be afraid to show up last minute without reservations because though they do book up, there are often spots left open from no shows. But definitely make reservations if you can."

"Top grade experience overall, the staff were very kind and approachable, I wouldn’t advise coming here alone or at all if your a wheelchair user though, the main toilets inside the restaurant were up a flight of stairs and there was a small lip in the doorway of the restaurant entrance, to which I luckily managed to get my wheelchair over with the assistance of my sister, who was with me at the time and two other staff members. When my pizza was being served I didn’t think it was fair that this deserved a place on the pizza scale because when I indulged the first mouthful of the pizza I had it was off the hook scrumptious and matchless to all pizzas I’ve had in the past 6 months in a restaurant. I will definitely be looking forward to visiting again soon, I may even consider for my 23rd birthday, it was a delightful experience."

I wanted to have a cheaper alternative to dominoes and pizza hut, because dominoes turned so much around us that I refuse to order from them, and pizza hut I feel that the pizzas are not so great for the ludicrous prices. I thought I would give red planet one away and am so glad that I did it! pizzas arrived within 45 minutes (respectable and realistic piping hot and beautiful. I ordered the middle deal that gives them two media for £14.99, which is amazing. the man on the phone was also so polite and helpful, the service was brilliant. the guildford filiale would highly recommend: very happy customer and no need to reorder from dominoes or pizza hut!"
