"I ordered a pizza for collection. Watching the app it was taking longer than usual. When it said it was ready I went into the store. They said it was still baking. I waited probably 10 minutes and no one had spoken to me. I checked again and instead of responding to me they just talked about it between themselves and left me waiting. After a while later I got my pizza with an apology finally (and some free cookies, their go to apology). From overhearing then I think they delivered mine to someone else and had to remake mine, though they never told me that. They treated me like I wasn’t there, terrible customer service. Got home...and it didn’t have a stuffed crust. Called up for a partial refund. This is not the first problem I’ve had here, they are not professional, someone needs to take a close look at this store."

"My family and I had lunch on Mother's Day. The service was a bit slow, but it was definitely worth the wait! Everything we ordered was delicious, from the garlic bread and olives, to the pasta, pizza, risotto, and desserts like tiramisu, cheesecake, and panna cotta (which were all delicious). We also enjoyed some ice cold zitronenzello and a super smooth coffee. The prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be returning to eat here again."

"Firstly, I must mention that my order was delayed. After calling the restaurant, I found out that my order had been lost. While this was not ideal, it is a common occurrence. Despite this setback, I would still give the restaurant 5 stars because my food was delivered quickly and hot. The quality of the food was excellent as always. "The food was delicious and the service was excellent at this restaurant. The staff were very friendly. However, I was disappointed to see that the prices have increased significantly. I was surprised to find that the chicken Milanese was only £4 cheaper than the steak. The calamari was priced at £18.50, which while the portion size was good, I still found it to be very expensive. I understand that the cost of food has gone up, but I felt that the overall prices were quite high. It's a shame because I really enjoy dining at this restaurant."

"just ordered for the first time, tonight and I have to say that the pizza is delicious! I wanted to have a cheaper alternative to dominoes and pizza hut, because dominoes turned so much around us that I refuse to order from them, and pizza hut I feel that the pizzas are not so great for the ludicrous prices. I thought I would give red planet one away and am so glad that I did it! pizzas arrived within 45 minutes (respectable and realistic piping hot and beautiful. I ordered the middle deal that gives them two media for £14.99, which is amazing. the man on the phone was also so polite and helpful, the service was brilliant. the guildford filiale would highly recommend: very happy customer and no need to reorder from dominoes or pizza hut!"

"I had the Campagnuola pizza, i thought it would be really good, being your signature pizza, but it was just like having a cheesy naan bread but for £13.50! I think you should state clearly on the menu if a pizza has no sauce (such as tomato) on the base and I bet if you do that, no one will order it! To be fair my friends' pizzas did look good and they enjoyed them. It was just this one that was disappointing."

"This restaurant serves absolutely delicious pizza with a base that rivals authentic Neapolitan pizza. The toppings are very tasty and made with good quality ingredients. They also offer vegan options which are surprisingly tasty. The staff is very friendly and efficient, and the delivery service is fast. In Italian, "bona" means good, and this restaurant truly lives up to that definition."

"This is probably my favorite restaurant in Aberdeen. Their Southern Italian and Mediterranean dishes are excellent. The daily specials are really great - I once had a chicken and smoked ham meal that was the best I've ever had. The menu is diverse and has a great variety. The pizzas are good, not the best, but still good. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, although I wish there was more light. The only downside is that sometimes there is a slight smell when you first enter, but it's not always there and sometimes it smells really delicious. I definitely recommend this place."

"Yes ! lovely evening , great food so much better than going to a rip off bar /pub food variety good , its hot , tasty and reasonably priced …. would love a little bit more pasta on the plate … a smidge more would be perfect … but I would not want quality to slip as I would stop going ! Went for a 2nd visit last Friday lunch time for a pre Christmas lunch with to good friends … wonderful food , great service and a lovely way to while away the afternoon. "very rude owner. did not want to give us the drink that was contained in the kombi. we mentioned the drink and he said they removed the drink from the kombi. I said they should have informed us if we ordered this. it does not say that the drink is no longer contained at all. he gave us a drink rude and asked us never to return to his place again, and we certainly never said again after this experience. then he asked us to return the drink and started screaming. not to mention the pizza had hardly anything to do. it was bland. the garlic bread was not fresh, but was heated only in the microwave/oven."

"Another gem on Exmouth Market , Santore serves up some of the best pizza around . I went there for lunch the other week with my boyfriend and his mum, and (as on previous visits) was impressed by the fantastic food, friendly service, and very reasonable prices*. Look at that beautiful base!
