"I ordered delivery from this restaurant at midday today. The food did not arrive until 2.40pm. The chicken in the chicken burgers was not sufficient to fill the buns. They made a mistake with the toastie filling, so I called them and they said they would send a replacement. At 3.20pm, the manager called my house and initially said the replacement was on its way. However, he then became aggressive towards my partner, raising his voice and interrupting him. He blamed everything but his own business for the delay and errors, even blaming us despite living within the delivery area and paying £3 for delivery. It is now 4.55pm and the replacement toastie still has not arrived. I paid for something I never received and received abusive behavior from the owner. I will not be returning to this place as the customer service is terrible. I am now uncomfortable knowing that this angry man has my phone number and address."

"The beer is delicious. I love that they have good beer from stouts to IPAs. Great staff. The people who work here really take it over the top. Super friendly and helpful. "Good evening, On Saturday of this month (January), I made a reservation for people at Coast to Coast Restaurant and I always use open table everytime I go there with family, friends or my husband. I also use this (Open table) to any other nice restaurants in London and I have never had a problem. When we got there at the time of our reservation, the guy that was as the Host position or in the Reception welcoming all the people was so rude (he was bald as I don’t have his name). We got there, said we had a reservation, and he said he didn’t have anything then we showed him the confirmation from OpenTable and his words were: “I don’t have anything, sorry”. WHATS IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Is AWFUL. I get there can be some mistakes but it is unacceptable the way he answered to a place we go to enjoy with friends and then this just makes it not want to come back. I go to loads of different restaurants and they have never treated us like that. If they are not gonna have the reservations then don’t promotion your restaurant in OpenTable cause it makes it an inconvenient believing you have something and then realizing you don’t."

"The staff were incredibly friendly, but unfortunately, they didn't seem very organized. I requested my salad with dressing on the side, but it arrived already dressed. As for my main course, the salmon was bland and mushy, and the rice was overcooked and clumpy. The supposed creole chicken had no discernible flavor. My partner wasn't very impressed with their burger either, describing it as just okay. Our vegetarian friend ordered a salad and had a similar experience, finding it lacking in flavor."

For the main course, I went with the regular dish, which was utterly bland and lacked any flavor. It's a real shame, especially since I was quite hungry. "Lovely place under the railway arches with lots of atmosphere. Staff very welcoming, helpful and professional. Food was a let down though. One of our party had scampi and it was a small portion, probably more suitable as a child's portion. Two of us had burgers one of which was £17 and the other was £23. Whilst the fries were really delicious, the burgers were very poor quality; lots of grisly bits in them which could be totally avoided if the mince was the 5% fat one from Tesco!! Cheesecake was delicious and a good size portion. 4th member of our party had the chicken and he said it was very nice. I guess if we'd avoided the burgers and scampi, we'd have been much happier. He ho!"

"Great lunch! Had the set menu, great food and excellent value. 4 of us and we all had a different starter and all 4 were great! Followed by 2 of us with sausage and mash fab, the other2 flat iron steak and chips, again really good. Apple pie for desert and one ice cream Sunday again all great!
