"I've visited this restaurant several times, and each time has been consistently positive. The quality of the food is excellent, and the portion sizes are quite generous, especially the hotdogs. The ground floor access is great for those with disabilities, as there are no steps to navigate. While there can be occasional wait times, especially during peak hours, it’s to be expected. The prices are reasonable, though they do feel a bit high considering the time it sometimes takes to receive your order after placing it. The staff are always friendly and attentive, which adds to the overall experience. The kids love the food, and they even get little activities to keep them entertained while they wait. That said, I have experienced wait times ranging from 30 to 70 minutes for food—an eternity for a child in a warm, crowded restaurant. Parking is convenient, but it can be a bit tricky on weekends and during the evening since it’s shared with other businesses. Cleanliness has been an issue on a few occasions, but the staff are always willing to address any concerns when asked."

"I ordered delivery from this restaurant at midday today. The food did not arrive until 2.40pm. The chicken in the chicken burgers was not sufficient to fill the buns. They made a mistake with the toastie filling, so I called them and they said they would send a replacement. At 3.20pm, the manager called my house and initially said the replacement was on its way. However, he then became aggressive towards my partner, raising his voice and interrupting him. He blamed everything but his own business for the delay and errors, even blaming us despite living within the delivery area and paying £3 for delivery. It is now 4.55pm and the replacement toastie still has not arrived. I paid for something I never received and received abusive behavior from the owner. I will not be returning to this place as the customer service is terrible. I am now uncomfortable knowing that this angry man has my phone number and address."

"THe slug has always been the best place for a bottomless brunch for me. Not the case on my last visit. Table of 2 we got overlooked. Felt in the way and like a nusance, did complain to the managers they said they where short staffed, but the bar staff where doing nothing laughing and joking while the brunch staff run off there feet. The price has increased but the service level has decreased. dont think i will be coming again ! lots of competition out there !"

Bless him! we were gone with a three-year-old and late enough as it was, so what a relief. because it would be so busy and we agreed to the pressure I felt for grateful, but expected that some would not be great. I was wrong! michael was a really friendly, organized and efficient front of the house manager and made us very welcome. stephan then came to take our order and was patient, despite very busy, supportive and knowledgeable. I asked for the meal of the child to come as fast as poss and the pizza was in less than 10 minutes, despite a whole house. that was great. our food came and the staff in the kitchen had made a job, it was all nice and well worth it. serviced hot, plentiful and attractive. both stephan and michael took care of us and made a chance to stop a great one. "As someone who is lactose intolerant, it can be challenging to find suitable options. However, while many might roll their eyes at requests for lactose-free meals, the staff here quickly provided me with a customized menu to accommodate my needs. For £10, we enjoyed a breakfast that looked just like the pictures, complete with hot drinks, and we ordered some toast on the side. "I've always loved Coast to Coast and visited as often as I could while I was at university in Leicester. Even though I've now moved out of Leicester and it's a 1.5 hour drive I always try and visit Coast to Coast because it's one of my favourite restaurants. It's themed on an old American diner and the has the décor and memorabilia to match. Even though they're always busy no matter what time of day you go (testament to how good the food is and how nice a place it is to go) they will always try and accommodate you and the staff are always friendly. If you like classic American diner food this is the place for you, every meal I've had from here has been delicious and has exceeded my expectations. Would always recommend here! P.s. they're slightly pricey and don't have vouchers but it's so worth it!"

"We ate dinner at Coast to Coast last night and the management and staff were fantastic and could not have helped more even though they were very busy. The food is always very nice, we probably eat there once every few weeks, I've only ever had one bad meal in probably over 50 visits, even then it was changed immediately. Last night they put the wrong sauce on and it was changed immediately and without question, we got a complimentary drink. Cannot recommend highly enough. The only small groan is that with a change of menu they have taken off my favourite drink, an old fashioned, please bring that back!"

"Good evening, On Saturday of this month (January), I made a reservation for people at Coast to Coast Restaurant and I always use open table everytime I go there with family, friends or my husband. I also use this (Open table) to any other nice restaurants in London and I have never had a problem. When we got there at the time of our reservation, the guy that was as the Host position or in the Reception welcoming all the people was so rude (he was bald as I don’t have his name). We got there, said we had a reservation, and he said he didn’t have anything then we showed him the confirmation from OpenTable and his words were: “I don’t have anything, sorry”. WHATS IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Is AWFUL. I get there can be some mistakes but it is unacceptable the way he answered to a place we go to enjoy with friends and then this just makes it not want to come back. I go to loads of different restaurants and they have never treated us like that. If they are not gonna have the reservations then don’t promotion your restaurant in OpenTable cause it makes it an inconvenient believing you have something and then realizing you don’t."

"I think we were generally forgotten about. Took 50 minutes to order and by the time we were feeding the parking meters after 2 hours we still hadn’t had any food. Sweet corn fritters were lovely but mains were a combination of Stone cold, forgotten about, the wrong size, and cremated. Over all really really disappointing as it was a birthday brunch we had booked well in advance. No one in the restaurant could really explain why we had our experience. We watched tables arrive after us, being served, eating then leaving all whilst we waited for drinks! We did keep asking for updates but no one really cared. Very disappointing as it could have been so different. Our meal was discounted in the end by one member of staff who started as we were finishing the others were just hiding. But even after the discount it felt wrong to pay so much for cold cremated food and awful service. Won’t be returning or recommending."

"Designed like an American restaurant with a mix of booths and tables but it wasn’t squashed. The waitress was friendly, professional and helpful. The music wasn’t so loud you couldn’t hear each other and you didn’t feel rushed to finish like some places. The food was really good and the portions were sensible. One of our party had a steak which was over done but when mentioned to the waitress she was very apologetic and reduced the bill to compensate. We all had a great time and left very happy with the service and the food on the whole. I would definitely go back just for lunch or dinner with friends."

"I love this coffee house on Goodge Street in Central London! Coffee at Black Sheep is delicious. The musical selection is hip. But the best of all is the wonderful staff. I always feel welcomed. Service is extraordinary. Mornings often find a group of thespians enthusiastically discussing theater on their way to classes down the street at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, Local shopkeepers discuss business, regulars drop in for a cup of java on the way to work. "My daughter and I recently visited the Smashburger restaurant in Milton Keynes. We were both very impressed with the food, which was fresh and delicious. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. However, we did have one issue with our order. My daughter ordered a chicken burger with just tomato, but when it arrived, it had everything except tomato. She suffers from social anxiety, so she didn't want me to bring it to the staff's attention. We had tried to order from the app, but that was a confusing mess and didn't offer the options we wanted. Overall, we had an OK experience at Smashburger, and we would have liked to have had our order correct. Here are some suggestions for how Smashburger could improve their customer experience: Make sure that orders are taken correctly, especially when there are special requests. Make the app easier to use and offer more options. Provide more training for staff on how to deal with customers with social anxiety."

"A group of seven who pre ordered ate here last night. The place had a nice atmosphere and great decor. Not particularly busy for a Friday night. The food was tasty and portions fairly generous. The presentation of the food was not great. Its is a pricey place to visit but not bad if you manage to get a deal. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately our bill was wrong we were charged for meals we hadn't had. The error was rectified but it did take a fair while to sort! I will return but not if I had to pay full price."
