"My daughter and I recently visited the Smashburger restaurant in Milton Keynes. We were both very impressed with the food, which was fresh and delicious. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. However, we did have one issue with our order. My daughter ordered a chicken burger with just tomato, but when it arrived, it had everything except tomato. She suffers from social anxiety, so she didn't want me to bring it to the staff's attention. We had tried to order from the app, but that was a confusing mess and didn't offer the options we wanted. Overall, we had an OK experience at Smashburger, and we would have liked to have had our order correct. Here are some suggestions for how Smashburger could improve their customer experience: Make sure that orders are taken correctly, especially when there are special requests. Make the app easier to use and offer more options. Provide more training for staff on how to deal with customers with social anxiety."

Fantastic burger place! It's similar to Five Guys, but a bit more affordable. However, if you're feeling extravagant, you can treat yourself to a bottle of Dom Perignon.

On Saturday night, we ordered two burgers, fries, and onion rings to go. Despite living only five minutes away, we were disappointed to find that our food was not as hot as we had hoped. View menu

I recently dined at Smashburger and had an outstanding experience. The food was delicious, with perfectly cooked burgers that were juicy and flavorful. The variety of burgers and sides made it easy to adjust my meal precisely to my liking. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Luke. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. Luke's attitude was spot-on, and his genuine enthusiasm made our meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Smashburger for both its fantastic food and top-notch service.

I used to eat smash quite regularly, many times a week, I ordered this time on Uber for the buy one get one free, and it has genuinely gone down hill, the beef in the burger is unseasoned and tasted plain, and there was way too much mustard on both of the burgers. the fries were soggy and slightly uncooked, I called up and asked Paul to put ranch and chipotle mayo in one pot so I can mix it which they have done for me in store many times he then said he can’t do that then gave me it in 2 pots making me lose most of the sauce I paid for…… The quality and taste used to be so much better, I am very disappointed. Third time I've been now, so I feel qualified to comment. Tucked away in the island haven of Kingston, amongst such deities as MacDonalds, Cafe Nero, Tesco and Home sense; Smashburger is the burger to beat all others. Crisp outer layer full of umami and inside it is moist beef. I had the Beef Avocado Club. Two patties, Bacon, Cheese and avocado on a wholemeal bun, and the Smash fries, aromatic with Rosemary and Garlic. Whats not to love. Ok so its a bit at the pricey end of a burger, but you get what you pay for. My only negative point is that they don't do Coffee or Tea, instead taking a leaf out of five guys and just offering cold drinks from a machine and bottled beers. Heads up, its a ca...

We took our young grandsons here for an early lunch following an activity nearby. I had seen the menu online and was looking forward to trying it, the fact that it offered gluten free buns was a welcome factor as my husband is coeliac. The place was empty when we arrived; the member of staff who seated us was ok but not overly welcoming or friendly. We tried to order using the QR code but it did not offer the option of ordering without a bun so we gave up and ordered at the counter. The kids meal was excellent value for money. Had to ask for glasses/straws as none offered. Food was fine but not fantastic however the smashfries were really tasty. The guy who brought the food to the table seem...

"Absolutely average restaurant. Dirty bamboo table mats and super dirty windows, kinda sad to look out of them. Impatient service, who under 6 minutes 5 times came back trying to pressure me to take my order. I was confused as I thought it was a restaurant not a fast food place. Silly me who used to live in Japan though the menu is just like there, with pictures. How wrong I was...So getting my phone to have a look at their website, what kinda different that in the restaurant menu card one. When I tried to ask for reconditions, I didn't get any, she just straight away took the last what I asked. The steamed algae was very nice, but my noodle soup was a big surprise, as I have no idea what's roasted (burned) pepper and massive chunks of onions doing there? It's supposed to be sea food, but instead just some burned vegetables scared with frozen octopus, mussels and mini calamari rings poured up with chicken broth. So yeah, kinda disappointing. Drink wise I asked the waitress do they have any tonic water as it isn't listed on the menu card, she looked at me like I am a weirdo. I asked for Roku gin what is my favourite. On the receipt was counted as an extra pound because Japanese. Lol, no comment. Getting the drinks, from other restaurants you get the spirit on the rocks in the glass and front of you they pouring the mixer drink from the mini bottle. Here not, just straight away together as it comes. Oh and don't bother asking without lemon, because you are getting one either way. So Akasaka restaurant did not become my favourite one. Once and last. Easily can be forgotten. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"
