"I've visited this restaurant several times, and each time has been consistently positive. The quality of the food is excellent, and the portion sizes are quite generous, especially the hotdogs. The ground floor access is great for those with disabilities, as there are no steps to navigate. While there can be occasional wait times, especially during peak hours, it’s to be expected. The prices are reasonable, though they do feel a bit high considering the time it sometimes takes to receive your order after placing it. The staff are always friendly and attentive, which adds to the overall experience. The kids love the food, and they even get little activities to keep them entertained while they wait. That said, I have experienced wait times ranging from 30 to 70 minutes for food—an eternity for a child in a warm, crowded restaurant. Parking is convenient, but it can be a bit tricky on weekends and during the evening since it’s shared with other businesses. Cleanliness has been an issue on a few occasions, but the staff are always willing to address any concerns when asked."

"I ordered delivery from this restaurant at midday today. The food did not arrive until 2.40pm. The chicken in the chicken burgers was not sufficient to fill the buns. They made a mistake with the toastie filling, so I called them and they said they would send a replacement. At 3.20pm, the manager called my house and initially said the replacement was on its way. However, he then became aggressive towards my partner, raising his voice and interrupting him. He blamed everything but his own business for the delay and errors, even blaming us despite living within the delivery area and paying £3 for delivery. It is now 4.55pm and the replacement toastie still has not arrived. I paid for something I never received and received abusive behavior from the owner. I will not be returning to this place as the customer service is terrible. I am now uncomfortable knowing that this angry man has my phone number and address."

"Me and my fiancé visited this bar on Saturday. When standing for over min at the bar I have noticed that the bar men was serving people who joined after me. When I moved a bit further down he then just looked at me..., no hi , no sorry for your wait , not even what can I get you! Ive ordered a mohito and pinacolada where then he said point blank I can’t do mohito but I can pinacolada. I was a bit confused but it was so loud I couldn’t be bothered to ask why not so ordered something else. After an hour or so my fiancée went to the bar and stood in the same place where I did, again completely ignored for min he said to the barman why is he serving people who got there after him? He said we don’t serve anyone who is standing at the side. Mind you when we go there the reason we stood there is because there were girls before us getting their drinks from him. When questioned why didn’t he a knowledge us but instead ignored us? He started to getting aggressively shouting. He was the most miserable, unfriendly person I have ever been served by and on top rude! I don’t know his name but he was pretty short, short light hair with a bold patch and foreign accent. I will be taking this matter further until someone tells me why is he allowed to treat your customers this way!"

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"Easy to get to, nice seating. Service was slow, expensive meals with chips!! Poor choice of food for children. Poor quality burger for child's meal, poor choice of lettuce with cheap quality buns. Hubby had a large burger but he was very disappointed with his. Having said that, my tuna was delicious, nicely cooked well presented, nicely portioned. If all standards followed this dish, stars awarded would be higher. Overall disappointing experience due to higher price comes with higher expectations! We will not be returning anytime soon. Improvements suggested: customer service, menu choices and quality/price."

However, while many might roll their eyes at requests for lactose-free meals, the staff here quickly provided me with a customized menu to accommodate my needs. For £10, we enjoyed a breakfast that looked just like the pictures, complete with hot drinks, and we ordered some toast on the side. "The staff were incredibly friendly, but unfortunately, they didn't seem very organized. I requested my salad with dressing on the side, but it arrived already dressed. As for my main course, the salmon was bland and mushy, and the rice was overcooked and clumpy. The supposed creole chicken had no discernible flavor. "I was pretty pleased with my meal here. The staff were efficient and our order was taken and brought out to us in good time. The food was nice. I had a chicken burger for my main which was good but could have done with more fries on the side as the price was probably at the higher end of what you would want to pay. Had a waffle for pud and certainly can't complain about the portion size of this, however it was a bit hard. Good experience overall but I would say the prices are a bit on the high side and expect a 20% gratuity added on to the bill which should be optional, especially with a table of 3!"

"Popped in today before the cinema decided to try it due to offer for being Unlimited Card holders. Despite being local for many years, we had never visited and were not sure what to expect, but I am pleased to say it was a really enjoyable visit. I had the American Melt (chicken schnitzel) and my partner had a cheese and bacon burger. The food was tasty, well presented, good portion size and fresh tasting. The decor of the restaurant is very well done, really pleasant surroundings and ambience. The service was also excellent. Dani hosted us on our way in, and we were also served by a fellow with a beard, who I think I was a member of Management. Their interactions were sincere, warm and we also had a good chat at the end about our perceptions as first time visitors, and he clearly cared greatly about the business and delivering a good experience. Could not fault it and will definitely be back and spead the word far surpasses the other offering by the cinema here. Thanks Coast to Coast!"

"We had a fantastic experience overall. We made a reservation, but it wasn’t overly crowded at noon on Sunday for brunch. We opted to sit outside in the shade, which was delightful on such a hot day. The service was impressively fast; our food arrived within just 5 to 8 minutes after ordering! Everything was delicious. "Designed like an American restaurant with a mix of booths and tables but it wasn’t squashed. The waitress was friendly, professional and helpful. The music wasn’t so loud you couldn’t hear each other and you didn’t feel rushed to finish like some places. The food was really good and the portions were sensible. One of our party had a steak which was over done but when mentioned to the waitress she was very apologetic and reduced the bill to compensate. We all had a great time and left very happy with the service and the food on the whole. I would definitely go back just for lunch or dinner with friends."

"We went as a family to celebrate our Sons 30th birthday. I had rung the restaurant prior to coming to check we could bring a cake and that was no problem. The waiters dealt with it beautifully and didn't even ask if we would like dessert which was impressive and they even provided plates etc for us to use. The staff were incredibly welcoming and very patient as we took a while to work out what we wanted to order. The drinks came quickly shortly followed by the deliciously fresh and tasty starters. The main courses were of a very high quality. We would thoroughly recommend this restaurant and we will be returning."

"My daughter and I recently visited the Smashburger restaurant in Milton Keynes. We were both very impressed with the food, which was fresh and delicious. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. However, we did have one issue with our order. My daughter ordered a chicken burger with just tomato, but when it arrived, it had everything except tomato. She suffers from social anxiety, so she didn't want me to bring it to the staff's attention. We had tried to order from the app, but that was a confusing mess and didn't offer the options we wanted. Overall, we had an OK experience at Smashburger, and we would have liked to have had our order correct. Here are some suggestions for how Smashburger could improve their customer experience: Make sure that orders are taken correctly, especially when there are special requests. Make the app easier to use and offer more options. Provide more training for staff on how to deal with customers with social anxiety."

"A group of seven who pre ordered ate here last night. The place had a nice atmosphere and great decor. Not particularly busy for a Friday night. The food was tasty and portions fairly generous. The presentation of the food was not great. Its is a pricey place to visit but not bad if you manage to get a deal. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately our bill was wrong we were charged for meals we hadn't had. The error was rectified but it did take a fair while to sort! I will return but not if I had to pay full price."
