"Still the King of the lower budget burger chains IMHO! I see there’s still nothing but negative TripAdvisor reviews aimed at this particular Burger King on Northumberland Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, so here’s a more positive one. I last reviewed it back in 2019, but as far as I’m concerned I think the criticism is harsh as I’ve always received decent customer service here and they’re relatively quick at getting your ‘fast food’ to you quickly. On this particular visit I opted for a couple of Bacon Double Cheese XL’s (Rather than the usual choice of a couple of Whoppers) large fries and a large drink. Service was pleasant, food arrived pretty promptly and was hot. I opted to stay and ate inside, restaurant interior was clean and tidy enough. It does unfortunately lose a point for the self-service drinks machine playing up though. Burger King, it is, what it is folks!"
