"We experienced a slow-moving queue at this restaurant, with preference given to pickup orders. Despite it being half empty, we decided to dine in due to being in a hurry, which turned out to be a big mistake. Our food was cold, with one dish even being freezing despite supposedly being freshly cooked in the oven. The ordering process was confusing, as I was required to give my order, specify the salad, and pay all at once, even though I hadn't finished giving my full order. I was also informed that I could not have salad on my sandwich, which was surprising as I have had the same request fulfilled at other Subway locations without any issues. The hot food we did receive was decent, but lacked the usual Subway toppings, apparently due to new restrictions."
