"Customer Service is terrible lately, very stingy with the portion sizes, and sandwiches are not created very neatly. My daughter who is 12 visited and was over charged by £2 and when i confronted the lady she was really rude. Not sure if it has changed management, but it doesnt open early anymore like it used to, unsure if the staff are just rude to everyone, but really disappointing as it used to be so nice."

I visited this restaurant a few days ago. The customer service was lacking and the food quality was disappointing. I had higher expectations from Subway.

Turned up at 930 to grab a bite to eat and they were locking up and wouldn't serve me, Google states they are open untill 10 and so does the sign on the front door, I am very disappointed!!

I frequently visit this restaurant and always have a positive experience. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients, and the restaurant is always clean and inviting. View menu

We visited today to see 2 members of staff with the rudest attitude, could just about understand what the man was saying and the lady just wanted to get us out as quickly as possible, food may taste amazing but you cant enjoy it when you wanted to throw it back at them.

Ultimately its just a glorified sandwich bar; nice and simple fast food, but healthier. I only wish they would keep the meat and veggies totally seperate. The number of times I've seen pieces of meat on the cheese and in the veggie compartments. Surely this is cross contamination?

I recently went to this subway and unfortunately will never again. The salad looked like it had been there for a few days all tomatoes were wrinkled, the lettuce was dry and looked as though not chilled. I ordered a foot long and had 2 inches hacked off the end? Really not impressed by miserable service. Lost my custom see ya! View menu

I normally go to this branch and its generally quite good. However i went tonight (saturday) at 8.00 to be told they had no bread it was in the oven and would be about 25 minutes. Went back after half hour, still no bread. Saw people going in then out again. They must have lost a lot of money. Ended up getting pizza. Not impressed.

I have never been to a subway that doesn’t stock every type of bread, but this one seems to find it difficult as each time I go, they have always only got 2 or 3 available. Not good enough. I won’t bother again. Subway? Surely the name of the business is a hint as to what your customers are expecting and you can’t seem to live up to that.

"We had made a reservation at The Wilderness a while back, but unfortunately our plans were disrupted by COVID. Finally, we were able to visit for lunch on Saturday, and it was definitely worth the wait. We chose the ten-course tasting menu along with a couple of glasses of their 'hacked' wines. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and water, and our meal began. The variety of dishes was outstanding; from crispy pig cheek with apricot gel, to steak tartare, turbot, and mackerel. Standout dishes included a delicious beetroot ice-cream with a rich ajoblanco, and a fantastic mushroom and 'bread pudding' that was like a gourmet version of mushrooms on toast. The service was excellent, each course was tasty, and the wines, especially the Chardonnay 2.0 and the Vermouth, were top-notch. While the meal was on the pricier side, the quality of the food, service, ambiance, and music made it all worthwhile."

"Decent sushi, props to the chef. We had the sushi master selection for two people (28 pieces of assorted sushi, 2 miso soups and bottomless green tea) and some tuna sashimi at the end which came to £26 altogether which is a reasonable price for sushi from what I've seen. It's a small stall in the bullring fish market run by just the chef so it has an authentic feel and a nice atmosphere. I would recommend Otoro sushi however I suggest booking ahead as it is always busy."

"We ordered a big family meal from Priya Lounge on the 7th July for my mothers bday meal, and I must say I am very happy we chose this restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious! We had ordered about x9 mix tandoori starters which was a great choice as it came with a variety of sheesh kebabs, chicken tikka lamb tikka, for the price and the taste is was a bargain! We ordered an array of curry dishes and a couple of biryani dishes which were all cooked to perfection and really nice and authentic just like my family I like. The gentleman on the phone who took our order was called Miah and I happened to mention that it was for my mothers bday meal and when we received the order we had been given a complimentary king prawn dish for my mom as a special treat, which we really appreciated and was a nice touch. Very rare do we order asian food from takeaways as we tend to cook it at home, but I am glad we chose Priya lounge for this special occasion and hope to order from there again soon."
