"Our second visit to this cafe and more disappointed than the first so won't be returning sorry to say. The place, atmosphere was fine and the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Pot of tea was ok too not like some of the cafes where tea is like dishwater!! We had a full English breakfast and most items were swimming in grease, esp the eggs and mushrooms. The hash browns were overcooked and my tomato was burnt on the bottom and my bacon was cremated it was like eating charcoal!! Not sure if there was an option to have a grilled breakfast with hindsight I probably should have adsked. Plenty of more eateries to visit in the area."

"This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I have to say that the waitress was extremely friendly throughout our entire visit. However, when it came to the food, I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the chicken burger, which was delicious, but my partner's juicy Lucy burger fell apart immediately and lacked flavor and seasoning. The Denver chips were tasty with cheese and BBQ sauce, but the pulled pork was tough and seemed to be leftovers from the day before. I was told by the waitress that we were lucky to even have any left. Unfortunately, the pulled pork tasted burnt and was placed on top of the chips as if it were scraps. Overall, I'm glad I tried it, but I don't think I will be returning."

"13/02/2019 Just want to say, having been in the shop a few times recently the staff have always came across very good. But on this particular occasion, what I can only describe as a stramash between some younger kids whilst visiting with their parents (the situation i do not know, mitigating or otherwise), the staff dealt with the situation so well I can't even understand. Cups and glasses were thrown and the staff were so calm. They reassured the parents, cleaned up with spillages and offered replacement coffees. Its a credit to the staff that have been hired in the store. Keep up the good work."

"I had heard great things about brgr, so I decided to go with my partner, who is not vegan. I ordered the double moo-less burger with cheese, cluck-less nuggets, cajun fries, and a garlic mayo dip. Everything was delicious, especially the Daring brand products, which I tried for the first time. I can't wait to go back and try the chicken style burgers. It's a great spot for a quick meal with non-vegan friends. I paid around £14 for my meal and a can of juice, which I thought was reasonable."

"Customer Service is terrible lately, very stingy with the portion sizes, and sandwiches are not created very neatly. My daughter who is 12 visited and was over charged by £2 and when i confronted the lady she was really rude. Not sure if it has changed management, but it doesnt open early anymore like it used to, unsure if the staff are just rude to everyone, but really disappointing as it used to be so nice."

"I got put off subway years ago in my uni days, however my sisters insisted they wanted subways so I drove them down. I got there and one of my sisters got a salad instead of a sub it looked soo good I thought I'd try it as well. I have to say it was one of the best salads I've tasted in a while and it was a good healthy portion. I got to decide exactly what I wanted in it and what sauces I wanted ect. Also because the subway was halal I even got to add some chicken. No kidding, my salad was delicious. Bless the workers they were so helpful, kind and patient. Great place with excellent salad and customer service. Bonus it's halal for those that need halal food. "

"Love it. I don't go here very often but every time I've been it has been good and quick and clean. The last time I went about a week ago the lady serving was amazingly friendly and helpful and just the best. And the other lady who was there didn't serve me but a young boy near us spilt his drink and she was very nice about it and just quickly came and clear it up and made sure the boy didn't feel bad."

"The food was delicious. We had made a reservation and upon arrival, we were able to choose our table. The service was very attentive and polite, with no rush or pressure. The waitress provided excellent recommendations. The tea was hot and the pot served three cups. The pancakes were fluffy, hot, and beautifully presented. Note: the portions are generous. I will opt for a 3-stack next time. The lovely waitress also brought extra maple syrup. The interior maintains the industrial feel of the old warehouse building, yet it is cozy and intimate. The tables were very clean and the decor was beautiful. The prices were reasonable considering the high quality of food and service. I couldn't find any faults and will definitely return."

"What has happened to this place?!.. I have been a very regular customer here for 10 years and have always been happy with the quality of Sandwich and got on great with the staff there. ..NOT this Sunday!!! Went here to buy a footlong ham and pepperoni to take away (a sandwich I must have purchased at least 30 times previously . I have always understood that this is not a standard sandwich and that it is basically the Italian BMT without the Salami and therefore I happily pay the BMT price of £5.50 although on occasions I have only been charged £4.90. When ordering on this occasion, the girl at the counter grumpily advised me you will have to pay extra for the pepperoni you know.. ....to which I replied yes that 's fine (assuming she meant as above . However when I received the sandwich and went to pay I was charged £6 40!!!.... I politely enquired how it could be this price and was told 'it 's £2 extra for the pepperoni...I did tell you !! I pointed out that she had not in fact told me that a few slices of pepperoni would cost 2 POUND EXTRA , and that this in fact made this the most expensive sandwich in the entire shop and the best part of a pound more than an equivalent sandwich (the BMT but WITHOUT the salami in I was basically told tough and that 's what I 'd ordered and that 's what I had to pay. I did so, and left, never to return!!"

"I have been a loyal customer of this Subway location since last November and I am still in love with the food and service. Yesterday, I ordered three 6-inch chicken tikka sandwiches along with some cookies and the taste was fantastic. My family also enjoyed the Subway, especially my daughter. The staff, especially Usman who I have met twice, were friendly and provided us with great food and service. I am from North Mamawell and every time I am in the area, I make sure to visit this Subway location on Victoria Street."
