Subway Musselburgh - Menu

Let this be my only complaint, please dont drop ure standards here, the reason we have been returning is staff usually so nice. Shame this visit.

Went in while passing through town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee was as always in Costa just right. It was quite near closing but still a good choice of cakes etc. It also has free parking outside.

I was enticed in by the advert for cheese scone. It didn't disappoint!! Staff seemed a bit scatty and had to ask for everything a couple of times. Toilets were a bit manky. Not upto their usual high standard in here. View menu

Lovely place. Great hot and cold drinks and cakes. Seating spaced well so not on top of each other. We'll worth a visit for a catch uo. Everyone is satisfied as well as takeout customers grabbing a muffin or a toastie to go.

Visited yesterday, but sadly not up to normal standard, very difficult to find a table without dirty dishes on them, also sat at a table near where the utensils were, this should not be placed there as you are sitting looking through mesh, this should be placed against a wall or situated somewhere customers do not need to look at it.

Came into this coffee shop (we generally prefer Costa to anyone else) ordered and paid. The coffee was as good as ever but on heading to the toilet which was situated upstairs and no good for disabled people, I couldn't help but notice how dirty everything was from the unwashed floors to the dirty toilets. On the whole, totally unacceptable and won't be back. View menu

Litter is everywhere at the outside seating area on Musselburgh High Street where the wind then blows it on to the street thus turning Musselburgh into a tip. East Lothian Council then has to clean up the mess caused by COSTA. Is it beyond the wit of the manager to put a bin outside at the seating area so that customers can dispose of their litter? Come on COSTA you can do better than this.

Popped in here for coffees on thurs morning 29th payed around 7 pound for two coffees and small piece of cake However whilst the coffees were ok the same could not be said about the general condition of the eating area used trays and cups left on tables for the duration of our visit with no one around to keep the place tidy both tables we tried to sit at were very insecure pointed the issues to the manager who was doing his best but not enough staffbig let down not an enjoyable expierance wont be back

13/02/2019 Just want to say, having been in the shop a few times recently the staff have always came across very good. But on this particular occasion, what I can only describe as a stramash between some younger kids whilst visiting with their parents (the situation i do not know, mitigating or otherwise), the staff dealt with the situation so well I can't even understand. Cups and glasses were thrown and the staff were so calm. They reassured the parents, cleaned up with spillages and offered replacement coffees. Its a credit to the staff that have been hired in the store. Keep up the good work. View menu
