"A great little gem in the heart of Newmarket town center. The quality of the food spoke for itself, outstandingly good. The service was impeccable and nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Most restaraunts i find appetiser to be the star dishes but at Montaz the mains are also immensely scrumptious with different flavours within each dish (not your old school base gravy for every curry) i would highly recommended you try this restaurant as you will definitely not be disappointed."
