"The Amaranto is like home from home for us as we've been going regularly for years. Unfortunately we hadn't been able to go for a while due to covid. Yesterday the service was average at best. The waiter informed us that due to covid and Brexit they needed to train more waiters, and that was the reason they were so under staffed. While I understand this, I'm not sure why they would then add 15% service charge to the bill knowing the service wasn't up to scratch. The desserts were unreasonably expensive, although they were delicious. The lounge looked dusty and the doors had finger prints all over them. I will not be rushing to go back any time soon. I must say, food was the same high standard and we thoroughly enjoyed what we ordered, thank you chef. As we were paying premium prices, we expected premium service and environment, unfortunately we get it."

"we had an absolutely magical evening. it was my friend's birthday and veronica and rhiannon took care of us so well! Veronica was excellent with her suggestions and recommended, not to mention her humor and her gast friendry as a whole! rhiannon was so beautiful and friendly to us, so patient with all the little questions and made the night so smooth for us. She even helped us to make some amazing pictures to immortalize the experience. eating was brilliant; absolutely delicious, came in good time, and very well prepared. compliments to the chefs! special word for the lychee sorbet and yuzu eis, for dying. also the beautiful birthday desert they gave us was fantastic! overall a brilliant experience 20/10"

"I ordered grits with cheese but received plain grits with no cheese or butter, which was very bland. My coffee, requested light and sweet with almond milk and hazelnut, was also incorrect. I was very disappointed with the overall experience, so proceed with caution when ordering from this restaurant."

"Nice little place with tasty cheesecakes. They even have a good selection of bagels. But we here for the cheesecakes. We ordered an amaretto and pistachio and a malteser cheesecake. Both of which were nice, but I didn’t really taste much nuts on mines and my wife just thought hers was like a normal cheesecake with malteser on top (nothing particularly special). It was also a shame that the cheesecake was presented in a cardboard box so it was a bit crushed. We also got a bounty cheesecake milkshake and a Daim cheesecake milkshake. Both of which were terrific. Really tasty actually. Much better than the last milkshake I had. On top of that we ordered a rollo and milkybar traybake. Both were good but probably would have been tastier if we were hungrier when we ate them. The girl that served us was very nice and was able to offer recommendations. Overall, we are glad we have went and we enjoyed the food but not the best cheesecakes we’ve had."

"This is a great place to have a light snack or even something more substantial! The food is freshly made heavenly to eat! The serving portions are generous and I'd advise customers to take their time to savour every last morsel. The hot drinks are on a level of their own ... superb! The staff are very welcoming and equally polite, courteous and helpful. Service is with a smile! The interior decoration is welcoming with pictures local artists' paintings adorning the walls I thoroughly recommend this eatery to anyone whose enjoys really good food at at prices that won't break the budget!"

"Visited here a couple of times before and have ordered a takeaway Afternoon Tea (which was lush). But on Sat we had been to Media City and just got off the tram on a hot, muggy day. The icecream van at Media City had gone.. sad kids! We were about to walk home via the canal when we saw the Mr Whippy sign in Us Four. So we walked in the kids were overjoyed at not only the Mr Whippy icecream (the best they said) but the selection of cones toppings!!!! So happy children! And when you have happy children you always get happy parents so we decided to have a chill a lovely beer too. I can't thank tne two staff enough (Connor Michaela). You were both totally engaging to our children. You went anove beyond! You put on whatever music we wanted, so we ended up having our own little family disco. We enjoyed it so much we stayed for another drink the kids had another dessert! It was honestly the perfect end to a fantastic day out. To the owners........ I honestly can't thank Connor Micheala enough for the hospitality, engaging with our children and just being really nice people to get to know. The vibe was spot on, the beers were ice cold, the kids loved their desserts and the music was just great! Plus the decor is v cool totally up our street!!! Thankyou UsFour!"

"Well, this a place where you get a wide variety of sandwiches and some can be just created by you because of the CYO (Create Your Own) menu offered here. In this, firstly you get to choose your salad base which has ingredients like lettuce, noodles, cous cous or brown basmati rice, then you get to choose your sandwich ingredients ranging from meat, dairy, fruit and veg and lastly you get to choose from a large selection of dressings. I personally loved the champagne rasberry and the low fat chilli. I feel this one is a great change from usual fast food joints."

"visited here before, but only one drink, they think it has not changed peculiarities. the vegan option had expired, but the personal was so helpful, with other options that could be vegan. we had a bagel with cream cheese, avocado and chili flakes, which was stunning! they have alternative milk, 2 ice cream flavor and about 4 cakes to choose from."

"Found this little gem on a recent shopping trip will go again. Covid regulations in place and felt so safe ordering, the ladies on the counter were so welcoming and warm and I felt like I’d known them years! They explained how to...use the (amazing) looking fresh self serve salad bar showed me round the menus. There is literally anything for anyone here! All fresh made to order, even a cake counter. I went for a messy Mexicana which was thick cut perfectly cooked chips with lots of chilli loaded on top with cheese and some sour cream etc. So good for the money I had a smoothie too. Staying local has always been so important to me but even more so given the circumstances! We need to keep these little family run places in business and I will be recommending to all my friends and family for sure! Keep up the good work guys, see you soon x"
