"I always enjoy going to this restaurant. The service is good and the atmosphere is lovely. However, I have noticed that the portion sizes are a bit smaller than they used to be. Despite this, everything is still..."

"Very nice food, huge variety of all Arabian and Libanese dishes. Great starters, very tasty. Also a huge variety of wines. The service was not bad or really to complain about, but e.g. the second dish came when we still had some of the first dish on the table and was not very hot (ok, but not steaming). When we've finished the bottle of wine, the waiter never came to ask if we want to order sth else or a desert. Not important, but could be improved. The room (in the cellar) is very nice and authentic, the toilets clean"

"We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem among the limited dining options in Chelsea Harbour. The maitre'd was a bit gruff upon our arrival, and there was a typically loud musical performer in the beautifully decorated Lebanese restaurant. We chose to sit in the Parisian-style outdoor seating area, which was heated and also offered Shisha. Our waiter was patient and helpful as we navigated the extensive menu, even recommending alternative wines when we expressed concern about the Lebanese selection. The food was very good, reasonably priced, and we will definitely return in the future."

"I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. I have eaten here on multiple occasions over the years and am constantly impressed at the excellent food and great service. Everyone I have recommended it to have always enjoyed it too. A huge, varied range of dishes on offer and the vegetarian in our party had plenty of choice too. Absolutely delicious food and great value for money. Win, win! If you haven’t been then you need to."

"we have been ordering from pitaliclious since a dae, because I am restless with Takeaway foods. pitaliclous I don't feel like taking away any other and they never disappointed. we ordered the super box, veggie box and tabbouleh. they are well-proportioned and made fresh. I had a few rest and my 8 and 4 year old ended them. so satisfied they have vegan options, something for everyone. beautiful family company with large service and great quailty food. there are foods in reheatable packaging that is large, because sometimes foods get cold, which sometimes cannot help, depending on how many orders the shipper has, but at least they can reheat it for a few mintues. not much."

"We've ordered delivery for dinner many times and always been great. We ordered today for lunch and the meat is like rubber. Seems like leftovers that have been reheated. Kofta kebab has been cut into small pieces to reheat."

"If you like middle-eastern food, this is the place for you. Main dishes are good, but I recommend ordering several small dishes instead, its so much more fun. The selection of both hot and cold mezza (small dishes) is enormous. Feast on dishes such as Moutabel Baba Ghanouj (Baba Ghanoul witth grilled eggplant pureed in), Tabouleh (that faboulous salad with a parsley base), Hommos Bazenjan Al-Rahib (Eggplant with tomato, onion, mint parsley). All on the cold Mezza menu and all around £5. And/or go for the hot Mezza with wonderful grilled Halloumi, Falafel, Batata Harra (fried potatos vegetables), Jawaneh (grilled wings with the most incredible Med garlic aoli) and Soujok (a spicy sausage). Each dish between £6-7. Then there is the “Lebanese Pastry” selection, from £4-6, with the most incredible Lebanese “pies”: spinach onion, lamb pine nuts, Halloumi, etc. Shawarmas are £5-6. Vegetarians and non alike will be in heaven. The fresh juices are great too. Everything is incredibly fresh and delicious, service is relaxed and friendly and the room is serene and beautiful. Enjoy."

"This place is a very good option for a wide variety of customers from both professional and intimate point of view. One must be aware that the place does not serve alcohol. The service is really good and the staff is attentive and yet not over bearing. The good part about the place might be the fact that the crowd also includes a fair amount from the middle eastern section as well which only adds to the credibility of the place. The portion sizes are substantial and the price equally appropriate. I would definitely advise people to try the kebabs here which are absolutely brilliant A nice place overall."

"Open late! Never fails me for a great end-of-the-night kebab. Have not ventured much beyond this and the hummus/other dips/tabouleh/halloumi which is all standard fare for this chain, but of those things none are ever a let down and the portions are extremely generous. Great juice as well, always friendly staff and wickedly tangy garlic sauce. The menu is actually quite substantial and they have a number of dishes which you don't see in every Lebanese establishment. Have yet to try, but they sound tempting."

"Was empty when we went. The food was tasty, good customer service and mocktails were so amazingly delicious. We ordered a grilled Haloumi starter, chicken lamb platter and the sea food platter. This was enough for 4 hungry people. However we stayed for shisha also and the service we received was pretty poor. There were only 2 groups, ourselves and a couple of females, the staff weren't attentive to us at all and spent most of the time trying to impress the women."

"The restaurant staff blatantly lied to my husband and I just to refuse service to us, because we aren't white! I have given star because I can't give a negative one.To give a background, I used to pass by this restaurant many times and noticed it was always empty even though it looked nice. A couple of days ago, I understood exactly why! We walked in here at PM on a Saturday and the restaurant had no customers except a white elderly couple. Since this looks like a fairly casual place (and also because no staff was in sight) we proceeded inside and were just about to help ourselves to a table. Just as we were about to sit, this waiter walked out of the kitchen and very rudely asked what we were doing there "Hi, hello, what do you want Despite him being so rude, we asked if we could have table for two. Now this place has at least tables, each capable of seating at least people, and of these only one table was occupied with one elderly couple. Remember it was also only PM, far for peak hours. The waiter told us that ALL the tables were reserved. When I asked if all the tables were reserved, he said all of them were. When I asked him till what time, he said for all evening. Now this restaurant is open till in the night. I looked around and saw no reserved tags. He was clearly lying. We made our way out. If you believe every human should be respected irrespective of colour, class or creed, avoid this restaurant like the plague!"

"I didn't give 5 stars beacuse his michelin fine Ess-BUT because its a cozy, charming, friendly local business. there are some lunchtime lavish offers, including a starter, wrap and drink combo, which was fresh, fantasy and filling. service was great and they really had the uptake of about 2 of us 4 vegan (there are options.) the hotel is located directly from the mile end park they can eat or takeaway and enjoy when in the sun (if it takes)"

"Such lovely people that run this restaurant. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and made the whole experience entertaining for our children. The food was delicious and even managed to impress my father who is virtually impossible to please when it comes to eating out. They even sent us home with a little box of Turkish delights. We will certainly return to this little gem!"

"cocktails were great. the starters were amazing. mac n cheeze was somewhat disappointing, but the garlic cale and mushroom ribs were delicious. roti was also good, but the cursed cherry brooms were for my taste buds something to bland (good for people who don't like spicy spits) beautiful restaurant- beautiful nature inspired decor in a clean and relaxing environment. friendly, helpful staff. update 2. march 2022 again a second visit with the same friend whose not vegan. I think I liked to eat this time better. my only criticism is that it is something overpriced for what it is. I had the aubergine zaalock for starter and the power bowl as my head. both very good. aubergine was served with flatbread and it is quite a small part, but very tasty. my friend chose the garnel salad with a side sweet potato fry and biscoff apple cake and ice for dessert. She said that the dessert is the best part of the meal. Sweet potatoes were not too bad either. the staff was still friendly, but the service was very slow this time. it took age to get our drinks and order our food and the restaurant was not even so busy. but as soon as our order has been taken, eating did not take too long to arrive. updated by previous review on 2021-08-07"

"The cuisine of Lebanon is one of the world;s finest. Simple dishes with good flavours, a melting pot of culinary ideas from all of the Middle East. And this unassuming little restaurant does it to a T , We chose from their hot and cold mezze dishes. Stuffed vine leaves, lebanese pizza with meat and cheese, a very good Hoummous Beiruty, a fragrant Tabouleh, good home made pickles and very good green olives,. Kibbeh, vine leaves, far too much really. Generous portions, friendly service. And they do BYOB."

"I am surprised to see that I am writing the first review. Al Masar is a good Lebanese restaurant. The food, though not exceptionally good is especially brilliant if you do a cost benefit analysis. If I was to rate Al Masar only in terms of value for money, I'd probably give it a 4.5. For me, the dishes which stand out are the Shish Taouk and roasted chicken. I am not a fan of lamb so can't comment on that but some friends who've tried it have said good things about it. Overall, if you're really hungry and want to try decent Lebanese food without burning a hole in your pocket, Al Masar is the place."

"since the change of property recently, I have dined twice in this Lebanese restaurant. both paintings, my friends and I enjoyed. decor has an authentic feel. very extensive menu for excellent trips. the personal is most helpful, but a little inexperienced, which in no way makes a pleasant experience. that will certainly improve. also very flexible, for example, there was no objection to me to order a meal to be shared by me and a child. has a large spacious interior dining area, additionally space outside the front for those who want to eat and smoke, or just a break and a zigarette that is protected from the elements when needed. how the dishes are prepared at the order, prepare them to wait, especially when all the appetizers are hot. if some nibbles, such as olives etc. were made available, the waiting time would appear less. because the restaurant has no license, they recommend to bring their own wein or beer with you. however, their unusual taste smoothings etc. are delicious and highly recommended try, regardless of byo. a proposed improvement would be better quality, greater serviettes. I want to visit again in any case!"

"During our visit to the local hospital, we ordered takeout from this nearby restaurant and they were incredibly kind to us. The food was fantastic and it's a very popular spot. My personal favorite is their lamb shwarma."
