"My family of three made a spontaneous decision to try out Kaspa's in St Helens for the first time. We arrived and were seated at a table promptly. We placed our order at 7:51pm. The restaurant was moderately busy, with around 5 other tables occupied and plenty more available. My milkshake arrived at the table at 8:08pm and was delicious. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went to the counter to inquire about the status of our order. The response I received was not what I expected, as I was told, "What do you expect, we are not a fast food outlet." I mentioned that having an estimated wait time would have been helpful in deciding whether to order or not, but was simply told, "This is normal for a Saturday evening." Eventually, the other two items we ordered arrived, with an apology for the delay. It would have been more preferable if all three items were brought out together or if we were informed of the delay when the first item was delivered. Unfortunately, the excellent taste of the food was overshadowed by the poor service."
