Kaspa's Desserts - Menu

Terrible customer service, the ice creams had no flavour tags and she seemed annoyed at me asking what the flavours were. She told us to sit down for us to then find out you had to order at the bar. Won't be coming again.

Cannot fault the food or drink, however the service is very poor. There was one male working alone and he seemed very stressed out as he had big number of groups to adhere too. Obviously more staff is needed to accompany the male that was working on his own. Not enough staff for the amount of customers in here. This will lead to a lack of customers.

Would have selected 0 stars but no option unfortunately. Staff unprofessional, me and my family were spoken to like dogs at this establishment. Very unfortunate that this employee is continuously misrepresenting a reputable business. Families were leaving the shop because of her behaviour. I have been today evening with my husband. We are so disappointed as the service was terrible. There were 3 girls as staff members (seemed to be teenagers) screaming and laughing loudly as they are in a playground and they were keep running to each other. This is not being professional. There was no manager. We ordered milkshake and they served it in a plastic cup instead of glass. Strawberries on my crepe were so disugusting as don't look fresh at all. We will never go back again.

today me and my brother went to Kaspa's to enjoy the dessert. A girl came and gave us dirty and sticky menus, knowing we are going through a terrible pandemic. You took our order after 15 minutes late even though we called you several times and when she came she wasn’t professional because she was sitting on the sofa while taking our orders and also they took an hour nearly just to make to things they have to improve a lot with the service. Very big disappointment from service and staff .

We'd had a really nice evening and decided to top it off with a visit to Kaspas Desserts. Our local one (Exeter) is pretty busy even between 10.30 and 11.00 so we were surprised to arrive here just after 9.00 to be told they were closed. That was a surprise because we checked before we set out and it said 11.00 on the internet as it did on the door. In the end they decided they would serve us everything was okay but it's not good to be grudging to customers open when they feel like it, obviously. View menu

This is not the first time we have come to this store at West Bromwich and every time we come here we have been disappointed by the way we were treated. The lady who is supposedly the store incharge always responds rudely whether taking the order or directing us to a seat. The worst part this time was when we ordered the cake, she used her bare hands (gloves not worn) to pick up the slice of cake from the tray, absolutely no hygiene especially at this time of Covid-19 pandemic. We will never ever come to this store again.

We had to wait for almost 20 minutes for our ice cream, and we do understand that the restaurant was busy. However, the tables were not properly cleaned and there was no sanitation in the front of the restaurant. What really bothered us was that none of the food handlers were wearing masks, and when our ice cream was delivered to our table, it was not wrapped in tissues. We are in the midst of a pandemic, and hygiene should be a top priority. When we brought this up to the handlers, all they could say was that they were very busy. This is not acceptable. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this restaurant. It was a terrible experience with employees who lacked basic customer service skills. I placed an online order and waited for an hour to receive it, only to find some items leaking out of the box and one item missing. When I called to inform them about the mistake, the woman I spoke to was rude and unapologetic. She tried to blame the Uber driver, but I had checked his bag before he left and knew it was the restaurant's mistake. Despite this, she refused to rectify the situation and told me to take it up with Uber.
