"Our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. It was very quiet, with only about 15 people eating. My colleague and I shared a Tomahawk steak, which ended up being more expensive than we were told. We had to wait 20 minutes for our starters, and then another 50 minutes for our main course. When it finally arrived, we had to send it back to the kitchen to be reheated because it had been sitting out and gotten cold. Our waiter Matteo started off nice but became less helpful once it came time to pay the bill. The bill included a 12.5% service charge, which I was considering asking to have removed. Overall, I would not choose to visit this restaurant again."

"I came on a weekday afternoon with the intention to do some work while I was a little tasty. I also arranged a work meeting there. it was the perfect place to help the stands really help them have the feeling that they can lead a private conversation. I hadn't felt that there was a rush for me to go when I had finished my eating, which is great. they even came to ask if they could get me something else when I was done, it's not going through table service, but they really went away to make sure I got a great experience. I would recommend definitiw the coffee, it is the best I ever tasted and without the price tag! I will return!"

"The desserts we ordered were some of the best we’ve had in a long time! We tried the strawberry indulge, chocolate chip cake batter, and some chocolate-dipped strawberries on the side. We loved everything, though we felt the cake batter was a bit too sweet for our taste; however, others might enjoy that richness. "The manager of this restaurant is extremely rude. Hopeless service by the delivery staff. Twice my order was not delivered and the restaurant manager is very rude to admit that. He said its delivered and he cant help me with anything. Upfront on my face he denied the failed delivery. He says the delivery guy has a foto and video but when i asked to show me, he refused. I was wrongly charged twice and the fraudulent rude behavior of the store manager is even more disgusting and annoying. Never going to order again from this place."

"I arrived in Kaspas today with my children to enjoy a fruit dessert with cream and a milk shake, the staff were so lapse that I waited over 35 minutes for my order to arrive at our table, all I was told was that they didn't expect so many orders at the same time, two tables received their orders before we did and left by the time I was just receiving our order, we will never return ever again the staff are so laid back they may as well be asleep Service: Dine in"

"The first thing you notice is how run down and dirty it looks from the outside. Then there is a hand written notice saying cash only....stuck to a filthy door. There was no pleasantries from the staff who all appeared sullen and disinterested. We ordered some jugs of water which arrived just before we left and had negotiated two thirds of the choices we made because they had no gelato ice cream... So I wrote and complained....apparently the weather has been too bad to do the windows and the ice cream machine was being serviced....so do come again....no, not ever."
