had an amazing experience with my partner, good desserts that fit all the needs! friendly and beautiful staff.

visited kaspas, amazing experience, friendly staff great customer service, eating was brilliant, recommend all, many great desserts options for all.

it was a very nice, friendly staff, clean and a nice place to meet with friends and family. the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they were very low on the cake to the time, so was not much to choose. View menu

Went to the Chelmsford restaurant and ordered bubble slushes however they arrived with no bubbles.. we asked the waiter and she let us know there were no bubbles left. Very disappointed no offer of a discount or return. The product simply was not at...all what i ordered.

If workers can't even figure out how to put a hat on, why are they being allowed to make our food? Was told I'd have to wait for a table so took milkshakes away, complete with hair and all. Wont be returning and will be...contacting environmental health! Hopefully after that no one else will have to experience this as had to turn to shake Express for a remedy and thankfully, they came through.

Come in a lot after work in the evenings, what you get is hit or miss with staff. Some nights are great. perfect service no rush to finish. Some nights when the staff want to close early they stop crepes and waffles (Half the menu! ..at Didnt bother getting anything last visit as it was a close early night and couldn't have hot food. We came in and they didn’t even Acknowledge us then someone told us to get our own table. We went up to order and it took about mins for them to get to the till then when someone finally got to the till the...lady wasn’t really paying attention to what I was saying. I’m outraged. The toilet say they are regularly cleaned, that is not true. They had food on the floor and the hand dryers weren't working!!!! One of the lady’s hair net wasn’t even on her hair it was hanging on the bottom! Disgusting!!

The food is absolutely delicious! I have never had anything I haven't liked at Kaspas. A recommendation of mine is the Chocoholic Sundae. Don't buy a milkshake and a dessert because they are both very filling and could end up making you feel sick. A...problem with this restaurant is the waiting time for food and when it is busy you can wait minutes for just a milkshake! staff are needed at the busy hours and staff can seem rushed off their feet trying to serve food and cook it at the same time. Overall love it here but waiting times could be made shorter so don't go to Kaspas when you are in a rush.

I came on a weekday afternoon with the intention to do some work while I was a little tasty. I also arranged a work meeting there. it was the perfect place to help the stands really help them have the feeling that they can lead a private conversation. I hadn't felt that there was a rush for me to go when I had finished my eating, which is great. they even came to ask if they could get me something else when I was done, it's not going through table service, but they really went away to make sure I got a great experience. I would recommend definitiw the coffee, it is the best I ever tasted and without the price tag! I will return! View menu
