"I came on a weekday afternoon with the intention to do some work while I was a little tasty. I also arranged a work meeting there. it was the perfect place to help the stands really help them have the feeling that they can lead a private conversation. I hadn't felt that there was a rush for me to go when I had finished my eating, which is great. they even came to ask if they could get me something else when I was done, it's not going through table service, but they really went away to make sure I got a great experience. I would recommend definitiw the coffee, it is the best I ever tasted and without the price tag! I will return!"

"The desserts we ordered were some of the best we’ve had in a long time! We tried the strawberry indulge, chocolate chip cake batter, and some chocolate-dipped strawberries on the side. We loved everything, though we felt the cake batter was a bit too sweet for our taste; however, others might enjoy that richness. "I arrived in Kaspas today with my children to enjoy a fruit dessert with cream and a milk shake, the staff were so lapse that I waited over 35 minutes for my order to arrive at our table, all I was told was that they didn't expect so many orders at the same time, two tables received their orders before we did and left by the time I was just receiving our order, we will never return ever again the staff are so laid back they may as well be asleep Service: Dine in"

"The first thing you notice is how run down and dirty it looks from the outside. Then there is a hand written notice saying cash only....stuck to a filthy door. There was no pleasantries from the staff who all appeared sullen and disinterested. We ordered some jugs of water which arrived just before we left and had negotiated two thirds of the choices we made because they had no gelato ice cream... So I wrote and complained....apparently the weather has been too bad to do the windows and the ice cream machine was being serviced....so do come again....no, not ever."

I have tried waffles earlier from the shop with white chocolate were better. b) Milk chocolate with a biscuit flavour: My rating is 0.5 out of 5, as it tasted like a curd and the worst milk cake I have tried so far. The milk shakes are also good in this shop. Service: 4 out of 5, as the service was quick and easy. Atmosphere: My rating is 3 out of 5, those who like pink and black colour combination may like it better."

"Hands down the worst customer experience I’ve ever witnessed. Clearly being run by children who couldn’t care less about the place. We came in for some dessert and the staff actually moved away and avoided eye contact which was a very strange “greeting” I then asked if we were okay to go and sit upstairs to which they replied “yes”. We picked out a sundae and a guy told us there was no ice cream, no explanation offered, were they out of every single flavour on offer, surely not!? Was the whippy machine not working? At this point we decided we were going to give it a miss as we felt very unwelcome. When we left there was no apology, no communication not even a good bye just blank stares from 4 “workers”. I never leave reviews but this was so poor it needed to be documented."

"We made an unplanned stop at Kaspas Desserts since we don't have one where we live and wanted to check it out. Despite the initial impression that prices were high, the portions were actually very satisfying. We had a waffle with ice cream and were pleasantly full afterwards. The food tasted delicious and we definitely plan on returning when we're in Nottingham again. It's worth treating yourself to a tasty dessert here. As a marathon runner with a strict diet, I can still highly recommend indulging in the sweet treats at Kaspas. You won't regret it."
