"Hands down the worst customer experience I’ve ever witnessed. Clearly being run by children who couldn’t care less about the place. We came in for some dessert and the staff actually moved away and avoided eye contact which was a very strange “greeting” I then asked if we were okay to go and sit upstairs to which they replied “yes”. We picked out a sundae and a guy told us there was no ice cream, no explanation offered, were they out of every single flavour on offer, surely not!? Was the whippy machine not working? At this point we decided we were going to give it a miss as we felt very unwelcome. When we left there was no apology, no communication not even a good bye just blank stares from 4 “workers”. I never leave reviews but this was so poor it needed to be documented."

Amazing taste, great service! It was just so delicious! A friend told me about this place. I can't wait to go again.

Visited Kaspas on a Wednesday lunchtime to grab some puds. The staff are friendly helpful and the puddings are huge delicious. The food is well presented served in good time.

We ordered two Ice Cream cones as advertised on their sign for £2.45 each we got charged £2.75 each. We was refused a refund, as staff said the till is never wrong. What a rip off. Don’t get sucked in by the price being displayed.

The place is filthy! Run by a bunch of staff that stand around chatting. One of the orders was wrong as well. They need to seriously clean up and refurbish this place. If I’d seen the prep area before ordering I’d have never ordered. View menu

I don't know even where to begin ignorant staff especially whoever the ladies where who ironically turned out to be supervisors spent more time smoking and vaping outside than they did about our order customer service and care never again I hope you both learn some moral decorum

Andrew was simply amazing. His communication and understand was exemplary. The stress the staff must get from being so popular in the city is underestimated, they are only human. The food is brilliant as always and thanks to Andrew, we are extremely pleased with our visit. Thank you sir.

If you haven’t been to a Kaspa’s and you have a sweet tooth, you are missing out. I took my youngest daughter in June 2023 and we shared a Reese’s Waffle with M&M peanut premium base and it was an absolute taste sensation! The staff were very polite, smiley and helpful too which is always nice to see View menu

I travelled all the way to Canterbury today before my lecture to have a kaspas at 11 when it’s meant to open. However the two ladies who looked very moody, clearly seeing we were waiting in the rain did not open at 11. We waited 15 minutes for them to open but nothing happened. I left as I didn’t have time to wait any longer and needed to eat so went else where. You’d think if you said open at 11 you’d be prepared to open at 11. Disgraceful.

Must be a common theme in Kaspas establishments as we weren’t officially welcomed in. Went downstairs to order where original staff member took my order but got confused (might have been new but may not have taken training seriously or missed something crucial or wasn’t mentioned in said induction/training) Another member came in to ‘save’ the day but far from it. Obnoxious in answering queries but when order turned it up it wasn’t bad to be fair but my word, might need some decorum lessons!

"After never visiting Canterbury before we where looking for somewhere to have a late lunch, we came across this place which looked ok, upon entering the back room we were offered to take a seat in the front area and someone will be with us. We asked what food there was and we where sarcastically shown the food on the blackboard, after choosing what we wanted the polite man went off and put the order in. We did feel that because the man had asked a couple of questions to another member of staff that he was spoke down too a bit. Anyway after placing the order and what we wanted the food came out it wasn’t correct but because it seemed like we were going to interrupt the people in the back room we just took what we had. It was nice food though. When we went to pay we hadn’t noticed that there wasn’t a price list so when we asked for the bill we were told that it was donation, what we thought was enough, it wasn’t posted anywhere and it took us by surprise as we where standing at the till, I was going to pay in cash but was told they don’t take cash so I had to give my donation in card by telling the person how much we where donating. After plucking a figure out of air as we wasn’t prepared we paid and left. Upon leaving we felt that the person we paid thought we hadn’t paid enough and wasn’t happy with the amount but after working out what we would have paid properly we worked out that we had paid more than what it might have been if there was a proper price on everything. Overall it has a great ethos and it’s great for giving people the experience that they need to be in a working environment but they need to show the price or tell customers first that it’s donations and card only."
