"Not 100% positive experience. Excellent quality dishes, both in terms of taste and presentation! Fabulous environment to say the least! The only sore point is the service. Very helpful waiters, but we had arrived early for an aperitif and had to wait 20 minutes to receive our drink, only to be instantly moved to the table where we were supposed to have dinner. Later one of the diners received the fillet with the wrong cooking and in practice we had to eat at different times. I understand that these are circumstances that can happen, but certain situations, if you go to a place like aquashard, which has very high standards and costs, these shortcomings are not tolerated, especially in important events. I want to think that it was just luck and that normally things work much better"

"what a fabulous place, amazing friendly staff could not do enough for them. I think we cost more free samples of ice cream than we actually ordered. any taste they can think of, and possibly some that they don't. super clean, well personalized and fast service 3 very happy little youngs, mami, daddy and nanny. crepes were to die for honeycomb raspberry sorbet .Next visit already planned for tomorrow."

"I have been in the filling station in the omni center, edinburgh several times. I love eating American style along with the friendly service. the filling station coast to coast is an american restaurant bar. the atmosphere is created by playing classic American soundtracks and retro decoration. my favourite dish that I always go back and forth are the kentucky wings with Louisiana sauce. nom! and of course there is always space for one or two of the desert:D read them on my blog posts from the cocktail master class that is hosted by filling station and reintroducing the filling station in the edinburgh royal mile."

"The two employees who were present, Gemma and Alicia, were nice and friendly. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent; everything arrived quickly. However, there was another woman who came out from the back and seemed to be intimidating one of the staff members while she was talking to them. From what I could see, she appeared to be quite condescending."

I have tried waffles earlier from the shop with white chocolate were better. b) Milk chocolate with a biscuit flavour: My rating is 0.5 out of 5, as it tasted like a curd and the worst milk cake I have tried so far. The milk shakes are also good in this shop. Service: 4 out of 5, as the service was quick and easy. "The desserts we ordered were some of the best we’ve had in a long time! We tried the strawberry indulge, chocolate chip cake batter, and some chocolate-dipped strawberries on the side. We loved everything, though we felt the cake batter was a bit too sweet for our taste; however, others might enjoy that richness. "Non existent customer service. They also don’t have anything you want to order we tried to order a chocolate sundae, cookie dough, milkshake, chocolate fudge cake and was told they were all not available. This was after paying. The entire party had to then choose alternatives they weren’t entirely keen on because we had already paid. I find it hard to believe they didn’t know before. We also witnessed a staff member being quite unkind to another employee who was taking orders, and seating walk ins, telling him off and telling him to wash plates instead of seating walk ins. When our food did arrive, only 2 out of the 3 items came. We waited 25 mins for a Sundae to arrive, when it didn’t we told the staff who said it was coming. It then took 10mins for this to arrive. It really shouldn’t take 35 mins to put some ice cream in a bowl. Youre better off going to Heavenlys down the road. Don’t waste your time here."

"First time visit for half term treat. Taken to table but not asked if we'd been before so after helping ourselves to menus from other tables we waited ages thinking they would come and take our order but eventually asked and were told to go up an order. We were the only people in there. Tables all around us were being cleaned and then tipped up so it kind of felt like we were in the way. Helped ourselves to cutlery from buckets on other tables. It was freezing from the air con which was literally blowing the napkins around the table. The ice cream was ok, just mass produced ice cream, did the job, nothing more but the crepes were cold and so was one of our party's coffee. My crepe arrives a lot later than everyone else's (they had finished) and was a really odd chewy consistency. They apologized for the wait and said something had happed to crepe machine. There was no toilet roll in the loos at all. All the staff were lack lustre with no sense of urgency or care. Whole place felt grubby and unloved. Could be so much better with not much effort. Glad we tried it but none of us are in any hurry to go back. Expensive and not great quality. Can get better elsewhere and decent service. Shame."
