"I arrived in Kaspas today with my children to enjoy a fruit dessert with cream and a milk shake, the staff were so lapse that I waited over 35 minutes for my order to arrive at our table, all I was told was that they didn't expect so many orders at the same time, two tables received their orders before we did and left by the time I was just receiving our order, we will never return ever again the staff are so laid back they may as well be asleep Service: Dine in"

The dessert I had ordered was nice. But I had requested 3 extra toppings which were not put on the dessert. There was only 4 people in the shop including myself which was rediculous. There was 4 people behind the counter chit chatting which I assume caused the mistake in my order. Extremely disappointed as I’ve been told this place was good. Service: Dine in

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The ice cream tasted like plain ice with no flavor. The "warm" brownie was only lukewarm. The only good thing was the soft serve ice cream, everything else was awful. I paid 8.95 for this disappointing meal and will not be returning. The service was mediocre, the atmosphere was lacking, and I would rate the food a 1 out of 5. I would not recommend dining here.

Upon entering the restaurant, a strong smell of damp hits you followed by the scent of the toilets, which are worse than the public ones nearby. The men's bathroom had an empty baggy that was clearly used for drugs, and the women's bathroom had an empty strip of tablets on the floor. The place is extremely dirty, so I left. They urgently need new cleaners. I won't be returning. As for the food, I give it a 3 out of 5.

We only went for dessert to cheer the kids up on a miserable weekend evening. Our orders matched the weather. They took ages to arrive and whilst 3 came together, the 4th was not delivered until the first 3 had almost been finished. No apology. The apple crumble portion size was miserly, still frozen in the middle (it is meant to be a hot dessert) and the custard was delivered in a toy-sized tea cup. Avoid. Service: Dine in

Kaspas Desserts is my favourite place to go. As soon as you step through the door, you'll be greeted by the kind staff. The selection of desserts is mouthwatering, with a wide variety of cakes, shakes, and many more to choose from. Not only are the desserts at Kaspas visually stunning, but they are also incredibly delicious. Each bite is a burst of flavours that will leave you wanting more. my overall experience today was great !. Service: Dine in

"I have been wanting to visit here for ages but the stars have never aligned until Saturday. We were extremely lucky to get a walk in for the two of us. We were greeted by the owner and shown to a table. As we didn't have any drinks with us Peter suggested Tesco a few doors down and I was able to grab a bottle to enjoy with the meal. The service was wonderful and friendly and it felt like we had been going there for years, with just the right amount of care and advice. The food was exceptional from start to finish. We had the chicken satay and spring rolls to start and they were beautiful. The satay was amazing and was much darker in colour than any I have had before, but much better in flavour than any I have had before, I would definitely have these again. For main I had a chicken rendang and my wife ordered gule monkfish. The rendang was again perfect for my tastes. Spicy but flavourful with a generous portion that would satisfy the majority of eaters. I would have had seconds, even though I was stuffed because it was so good. I can't comment too much on the monkfish as I have a dislike of seafood, but my wife raved about it and said she's having the same again next time without question. So I think that sums it up. We finished with deserts of a rice pudding dish I think was called bubar, which was black rice and coconut, and the second dish we ordered was a Banana coconut pancake to which I forget the name. Again I couldn't find fault if I tried another 10 out of 10. At the end of the meal we met owner and chef Ami, who came to chat. It was lovely speaking to the owners and their passion for the food and customer service was clear. We cannot wait until our next visit"
