"1. Food a) Strawberry waffle with chocolate brownie and ice cream : My rating is 3 out of 5. The chocolate brownie topping could have been placed better. I have tried waffles earlier from the shop with white chocolate were better. b) Milk chocolate with a biscuit flavour: My rating is 0.5 out of 5, as it tasted like a curd and the worst milk cake I have tried so far. The milk shakes are also good in this shop. Service: 4 out of 5, as the service was quick and easy. Atmosphere: My rating is 3 out of 5, those who like pink and black colour combination may like it better."

Very bad experiance from one of the gen staff on feb 1 night. We take little time to finish the dessert and he said us to getout. There is no busy and then he tells like that.

I was a regular customer and then stopped going as I was not satisfied with the deserts there, I just been there now after a long time and I believe that it is now under better management as I was more than happy with the quality of deserts and quick customer service Thanks

Staff could be more attentive,some looked like they didn't want to be there!Waffle was a little soggy, ice cream mediocre.Some of the staff don't understand simple English,I had to ask repeatedly to come and clean our very,dirty and sticky table.Tired decor ,looks more like a nasty,cheap,version of Moulin Rouge! Whenever I visit this restaurant, I always find a hair in my dessert. Many of the workers do not wear hairnets and have a lot of flyaways, which is unacceptable. They never remake the dessert, instead they simply remove the hair and return the plate to you. The desserts are overly sweet, but I will admit there is a good variety available.

I just had a worst experience I paid more than £8 for a choc fudge and they literally gave me half a cup which was not worthy and when I went back they made me wait and the girl who made it looked frustrated and she got the other order wrong as-well and the other customer was also pissed. I think manger has to take initiative and have to look what they are serving and which quantity

"We went on Sunday and had the chicken and beef roast. I really loved the different flavours that the roast included. It wasn't just some veg cooked in butter, but you could really taste the flavour they have put into the veg. The chicken was a bit tough but nonetheless still very flavourful. The beef was sirloin so not the best cut. But still great flavours. The drinks where great and had amazing taste to it. We got their weekend desserts as well that was very well presented and tasted great. Everything is halal and the owners took great care in explaining this and also seemed very passionate about their product. Only thing I'd say is that it was a bit pricey, for two of us the bill came up over £90, but you pay for the quality and service I guess. Will go again probably for the regular menu next time."

"We stumbled upon this restaurant without prior knowledge, making it a blind booking. However, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The restaurant was a favorite among locals. The service was extremely attentive and personalized, and Toni, the owner, was charming. The food was exceptional, and despite being full, I couldn't resist trying one of their desserts. It was truly first-class, and we highly recommend it. On our next visit to London, we will definitely return to Clapham so we can dine at Toni's Amalfi once again."
