"first we came in and it was really ugly. there were quiet music and the furniture was really nice. next we ordered, but our waitress was a bit grumpy. but our food came in 14 minutes. it is like almost food restaurant. the Canadian breakfast was really good and the pancakes were huge and delicious. it is a really good restaurant and some of the waiters are really polite. this is a definite 4-star restaurant I just turned 12"

"Omg this place is amazing! Forget the big ice-cream chains, this is the place to go. They have a massive selection of homemade gelato ice-cream, which is the best I've ever tried to be honest and I've been to italy! Two very welcoming and friendly owners here, always smiling and chatty. I've been three times and should venture out on their lovely looking food and drinks menu but just can't stop eating their gelato! Highly recommended! 5stars all round!"

"The server seemed a little aloof, had dirty hands when serving us, and did not make eye contact. The atmosphere was not very pleasant, but I did enjoy the cheesecake I ordered even though it was a bit cold. The decor could use a modern touch, possibly with an American theme. There was an off-putting smell in the air that we couldn't identify, but it was reminiscent of spoiled milk. Overall, the food was decent but could have been warmer. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, except for the cheesecake, which was good."

"I visited the restaurant today. It was not very busy, but the service was slow and we initially received the wrong order. Most of the staff seemed to lack enthusiasm for their work and took their time. Unfortunately, everything was coated in a very sweet syrup that overwhelmed the taste of the food. Some items on the menu were unavailable, and there was no option for a smaller portion. The advertised special offer for coffee and cake on the website did not automatically apply to the bill. The biggest issue was the lack of customer toilets, as they were blocked. I have heard from family members who have been here before that this is a common issue, with toilets often having standing water on the floor or being dirty. Due to these reasons, we will not be returning to this restaurant."

Update: the lady called me and started raising her voice at me , because I left a review, last words were “bullsh*t” and hung up , zero professionalism, narcissistic, i would definitely advice avoiding these guys or you will have issues. "I chose this restaurant for my 13-year-old daughter's birthday celebration with a few friends. The desserts were amazing, but I wanted to comment on how brilliant the staff were. Despite me arriving much later than planned and without prior notice, I asked if I could put up decorations and leave a birthday cake to present later. The staff reassured me not to worry and said they would take care of everything. The booth we had reserved looked incredible with a banner, balloons, and confetti on the table. My daughter was amazed when she walked in, and I was truly grateful. I highly recommend this restaurant for their exceptional customer service."

"I was extremely disappointed when the food arrived after 1hour of waiting. Ordered two molten chocolate brownies expecting them to be warm gooey and covered in hot chocolate. Haha no, that’s not what was delivered. We got two freezer stored cold cakes with chocolate on top in a plastic case. Also ordered thunder and lightning ice cream, but instead was delivered death by chocolate, so I rang up to explain they had delivered the wrong flavour to be told they had no thunder and lightning in stock so they just switched it without consulting me first. When I said that I don’t want to chocolate one I could hear them in the background trying to tell me that it’s the same thing when it obviously isn’t! While on the phone I asked if the molten brownies are meant to be cold to be made aware that they are stored in a freezer and sent out cold. As a desert place I expected freshly made food especially for the price!! Also after debating with the guy on the phone that the ice creams are not the same he offered to refund me via bank transfer in which the refund is still not appearing to have been made! Would not recommend. Disappointed! Also why does delivery take 1 hour when it’s literally just frozen **** put in a bag and placed at your front door"

"eating in caffe tartine was simply amazing. the portions were all cooked for perfection and of plentiful size. they were prepared and served in good time, especially considering that they are cooked clearly by scratches, as the quality is so good. the deserts were just as good as the most important courses and fit clearly to the restaurants French inspiration. the staff are very friendly and were more than helpful so that our party sits at a table near some cans so that we are able to load our phones. the resturant also has a dog friendly winter garden that allows people to bring their songs into them (provided they are good behavior.) if this place was local for me, then I would certainly be a more regular, offered the amazing price and the outstanding quality of the food."

"As I sit here, I typically don't indulge in desserts. However, I recently ordered what I have to say is the best dessert combination I've ever had. I struggle to eat a lot of sweet treats, and I explained this to the staff. They were incredibly attentive to my needs and I found myself actually finishing my dessert, which rarely happens. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you have the chance, please come try it out. You will not be disappointed. Also, a big thank you to the workers at Flavas, especially to Ahri. "I thought this was an average place the food was nice, prices were reasonable, plenty of parking out the front decor was nice, the girls serving were friendly and efficient. I had a mock-tail which was nice. They don’t sell alcohol here, but I believe you can bring your own. the only things I would say which were negative were that 1. It was absolute freezing in there 2. They constantly have ‘just eat’ drivers coming in threw the front door which a. Let the cold air in continuously and b. Was annoying because they then pack the orders into the delivery bags on the bar, it’s distracting and they should do this in the back and drivers use a back door. 3. Every time a driver comes they press a door bell which is really loud and annoying and distributive to your table conversation. It’s not good etiquette. If not for these 3 things I would have rated higher."

"Forgot that I had been here before a long time ago. When my friend suggested we get some lunch. We'll it was disgusting. Yet agains buts of black stuff on the all day vegetarian breakfast which yet again was black pudding. The reason given when we returned it was all food Is cooked on the same hit plate. I know people might think it was my choice for revisiting but really why on earth advertise something that's not suitable in any way. Just don't say you cater for vegetarians when clearly you don't. Because there are plenty of other places that are suitable. The look on the woman's face was a picture when I asked for a refund. At first she refused but eventually refunded me. As the menu was misleading disgusting."
