"I chose this restaurant for my 13-year-old daughter's birthday celebration with a few friends. The desserts were amazing, but I wanted to comment on how brilliant the staff were. Despite me arriving much later than planned and without prior notice, I asked if I could put up decorations and leave a birthday cake to present later. The staff reassured me not to worry and said they would take care of everything. The booth we had reserved looked incredible with a banner, balloons, and confetti on the table. My daughter was amazed when she walked in, and I was truly grateful. I highly recommend this restaurant for their exceptional customer service."

Very friendly service today and chilled atmosphere. The gentleman was softly spoken and not expecting us to rush our decision yet service was very quick and the food was delicious as usual. An affordable treat if you’re thinking of something sweet.

As usual service is abismally slow (the kaspas I worked in would never have allowed it) music too loud, shop too hot. Only one member of staff who is very quiet and hard to hear. Seem to always be the same when we go in but it's the only local ice cream we can get.

Love the choice of a kaspas and it never disappoints wherever we are. Staff were really friendly and made it a great experience. Everyone was happy with their choices and the portion sizes larger than expected for some things. Great for a special occasion or just a general treat day. View menu

Tonight, we decided to give Kaspas another try, hoping for better results. Unfortunately, our waffles arrived cold and one of them even had hair on it. The strawberries were sour and the bananas were bruised. I strongly advise against dining here. It is extremely unhygienic to find hair in your food, let alone mold in a drink. I suggest going to a different dessert shop instead of Kaspas.

Once again our friend insisted on bringing us here and again we had a great choice of sweets and they were served freshly prepared and quickly in a lively environment convenient to most other eating places in central Exeter. Staff are welcoming friendly, nothing is too much trouble, the quality and size of desserts is commendable, more than enough to satisfy even the biggest appetite. The restaurant and facilities are always clean bright, it's a definite fun place to visit offers great value for money. Highly recommended.
