"Went a few weeks ago but forgot to write a review! Had a fab time for my besties birthday! Loved our food. Only down side was my friend had to ask for extra chillies as the food wasn't spicy enough for her (she likes her food extra spicy! The star of the show was definitely the Gadbad Sundae for dessert absolutely amazing! The chilli syrup with the ice creams was a stroke of genius! The food was delicious and they even gave my bestie a complimentary dessert for her birthday! The atmosphere was fun and the decor was beautiful and unique, such a great place to eat. We would definitely recommend Bombay Bustle to everyone we know. Service was good but our server did forget to bring the chillies we asked for and forgot to bring the bill after we asked so we did have to ask twice for these things but the restaurant was busy so it was understandable and didnt really have any impact on how much we enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be back!!"

"this is a beautiful restaurant, rather similar to a raised French brasserie. there is a sitting area outside. there is a separate vegetarian/vegan menu and I ordered from it. I loved eating that I had. it was easy, but delicious. for the starter I had a pea and nice suppe, then for a main course I had the baked miso aubergine. as dessert I ordered the mandel panna cotta. the service was good, although our waiter was sometimes somewhat abrupt. all the others were very friendly. this place changes their menu depending on the season, so hopefully they will also contain some new vegan options in the future. pricely, it was not too bad, but it is the kind of place where she would probably go for a contract."

"It is my first time in this Frankie&Bennys but I have been many times in other ones. I came with my partner to have dinner and we were totally disappointed with the service given. The waitress a young lady, brunette and short hair took the wrong order. We wanted to have all the food together and not starters and mains as we had a cinema date.We got the starters, (never asked it they were ok) and when we got the mains (after waiting for a while) they were completely wrong and poorly presented. it was 2 carbonara, 1 with extra mushrooms and 1 w chicken and nduja sausage . We got the pasta without any bacon at all and we were like, where is the bacon? The waitress passed our order totally wrong to the kitchen, no bacon and chicken and mushrooms instead. We were offered for fresh new ones instead and this also took a long time to arrive. They came again the second time wrong, my partners pasta had no sausage this time. After being told they did it in. I asked the manager to have a closer look and once he did he agreed there was no nduja. At this point we decided to just eat as we were already too late for our cinema booking. The service overall was shocking. The waitress and waiter seemed they didn’t care at all about the job and the customers. No check backs on food even after the issues were raised. They never asked if we wanted more drinks! Definitely really poor customer service and they never tried to make it better. My advice to the GM of these place, get ride of these staff who make the brand Frankie&Bennys a really bad place to eat. They never gave us any discount or apology or tried to give us a sweet to forget the nightmare. I’ll def not coming back to this restaurant anymore!"

"A lovely mid week treat after our work out we were greeted politely and seated quickly. There was a delay in ordering due to the social chat being had prior to the customer in front placing there order and for the period of time the chat continued after the order was placed. However our order was taken efficiently and they were accommodating. The puddings came and they were delicious! Mine was piping hot and melting in the mouth, my friends was lovely! Thank you to Nia and the gentleman taking our order, for both checking in on how our food was. A clean, tidy and inviting experience. Thank you!"

"I chose this restaurant for my 13-year-old daughter's birthday celebration with a few friends. The desserts were amazing, but I wanted to comment on how brilliant the staff were. Despite me arriving much later than planned and without prior notice, I asked if I could put up decorations and leave a birthday cake to present later. The staff reassured me not to worry and said they would take care of everything. The booth we had reserved looked incredible with a banner, balloons, and confetti on the table. My daughter was amazed when she walked in, and I was truly grateful. I highly recommend this restaurant for their exceptional customer service."

"In watching the football it’s pretty busy. Only one poor girl working who is rushing about while her colleague traipses around pretending to be busy. Maybe help serve some customers would be more of a priority than moving glasses about! Would have rated higher as the dark haired girl at the bar was super friendly but waited too long to be served!"

"I ordered the Full Vegan breakfast while my partner ordered the Vegan Stack. Unfortunately, both dishes were very dry and bland. The toast was not buttered and the portion of baked beans was too small to make the bread softer. The sausages were also dry and tasteless. I had a flat white with soya milk, for which they charged extra. Overall, I was disappointed with the food and service and do not plan on returning."

"It's a great shame when a restaurant becomes a victim of it's own success, and sadly Zizi's busy periods are affecting the quality of service. The waitress that took us to our table didn't return, or assign a waiter/waitress to look after us. After waiting for 20 minutes, I decided to go to the bar myself to order water and other drinks. It's a shame because the food is good and excellent value for money. The waitress that finally looked after us saved the meal from being a complete disaster."

"Great little diner, my food was great, my husband said his burger could have done with more seasoning but other than that great, prices are okay only thing is it seems a little rundown and the floor looked quite dirty (not sure if this was just the aesthetic or just not clean), i was also a little dissapointed as when i checked online before i came (i always check menues as i have food intolerances) and had previously chose what i would have and when i arrived they informed me that this menj was only available at certain times so what i origionally wanted wasnt available, I would reccomend the breakfast I ordered though which came with the tater tots,"

"we only had a great experience at farmacy tonight! the most important courses we had, creamy coconut curry and falafel waffel, were perfectly prepared and presented, tasted amazing and had just the right portion size not too big and not too small. the chocolate brownie sundae was a perfect dessert, great for sharing with a loved one. the alkaline booster smoothie and digestive soothers were wonderful companions at the mealtimes. the atmosphere in the restaurant was pulsating and very friendly, and the staff had a special radiance to the maître d' rudy, which was super sweet and helpful. we will definitely be back when we are in town, it is the best restaurant experience we had in london!"

"Just had our first meal out with our two young boys since before lock down, so we were a little a bit nervous about how it would be. I have to say you have done an amazing job, all very well organised. Tash our waitress was so very friendly, great with our boys, perfect at doing out salad and made us feel very relaxed. Huge thank you to making our first family meal out so lovely even though she looked so busy and working very hard, nothing was to much for her. "Choice of steaks is very limited for a place advertising itself as a steak house. Since I was quite hungry, I asked for a medium T-Bone, which was the only cut of meat on the menu above 10oz. in weight. I got a cold piece of meat that looked medium from outside but was completely red inside, and this was the first serious red flag. However, the point of cooking was not the main problem. The meat was tough and chewy at an unacceptable level. Sides were nice. Service was fine but too aggressive in pouring unwanted water and wine (had to stop them twice). Price was below average but this doesn't fix the problem."

"Have been here a few times now and each time I cannot fault our experience . From the time we step foot through the door to the time we exit .Miles served us this time and as with all the staff he is welcoming ,polite and has a lovely cheerful nature. Food came out very promptly and nice and hot ,also very well presented! Salads bar is always fresh and well stocked too.Staff and managers from a previous Harvester we’ve been to recently (which was shambolic )should come and visit here and see how it’s run properly. "We visited during the October school holidays with our 6.5 year old and 4 year old. Lunch boxes for kids are great and freshly made as our daughter has olive spread alternative to butter so we asked for her cheese wrap not to have any...butter on it which the kitchen were able to do. Our soup and paninis were delicious and hot. Really filling and again, homemade and fresh. My haggis and cheese panini sank me...we'll sort of! Can't come here without eating their ice cream which is always on point. I went for their coconut sorbet. Kids had sprinkles and marshmallows on their ice cream cones which were very generous portions whilst my wife enjoyed her chocolate milkshake. What makes it a great family destination is their outdoor play park and bouncing pillow. Kids had fun burning off their lunch and ice cream. There is also a small indoor play area which we used to use when the kids were younger. Service was good and excellent value for money. Enjoy!"

"After reading reviews, I thought I would give Ladies Who Lunch a try for a meal with my friends. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The food was served cold and we had to send it back twice. The waitress apologized, but said there was nothing more they could do. We were so hungry that we ended up only eating half of our plates. They only took 10% off the bill. This will be my first and last visit. We decided to walk along the block and go to Wetherspoons instead, where the staff was very friendly. The prices were also cheaper, and the quality was much better. One word of advice: AVOID!"

"We were in London for almost 2 weeks and got takeout or dine in several times because this restaurant was 1) super tasty; 2) had great service; and, most importantly, 3) a terrific allergy program with fantastic gluten free food. The first question you get when you walk in is do you have any allergies? If so, they send you their allergy manager, who explains how to filter their online menu and order appropriately. We went to several of this chain in the UK and they were all like this! Each time I did takeout, the food was ready either right when I showed up or shortly thereafter. It was always hot and good and I was helped right away. Highly recommend!"
